Hi everyone. Okay, I understand a few people have had a bad experience with this company. I know they recently moved warehouses and sometimes things can get mixed up, that's life. no one is perfect. When this happens I know Freestylextreme has tried to make it right. No, it may not be as fast as we like, or how we like, but they do take care of the problem. Stop reading the bad reviews and read the good ones. A lot of people have had a very good experience with this company. I hope you do too.

Ordered a waterproof cycling jacket, great price, great communication and a great jacket, cannot fault

We've been buying many BMX and MTB related products at Freestyle Xtreme website for many years now.
The website is very easy to navigate and always has good products. Probably the best online retailer to get kids items as they have varieties of products unlike their competitors.
Refund and exchange process is hassle-free.
Their Customer service is always friendly and delivers great service.
They add a sheet of stickers and magazine with your order which my kids absolutely love!
I think they've added many more street fashion items now - many skateboard / surfing brands - so we can shop here almost for all occasions.

When my order did not arrive, I chased them only to be told that they had emailed me several times to tell me they were out of stock. I'd received no emails and they'd taken immediate payment. Also, the item was still on their website as in stock - apparently an admin error. Only plus is, once I'd confirmed I wanted a refund, it got sorted. I will be avoiding them in the future.

I ordered some body armour in xl and the website said the item was in stock from suppliers. Freestyle notified me the stock had run out but they could get xxl and would provide a goodie bag and free return if needed. I checked the sizes again and confirmed. Order came 2 days later with free sunglasses! Size fits like a glove. Great customer service

I was looking for some cycling glasses which were sold out in NZ. Found the exact pair I wanted at Freestyle Extreme and even with freight they still worked out slightly cheaper than a local purchase. Delivery was really fast and I got a follow up mail to ensure I was happy with everything.

Freestyle Xtreme have a great range of quality affordable motorcycle accessories. I have now purchased boots and a jacket from them. I can't get over the quality of the gear. The service is prompt and freight is very fast even to New Zealand! Nice to deal with a family business. Keep up the great work!

Pretty bad experience - would not recommend buying from these guys.
Odered Falco Ranger boots. Given a delivery timeline of 7-10th June. Doesn't arrive so call them on 12/June. After 10 mins of waiting on the line, I am told they have a problem and don't have it in one of the warehouses. Told it will be shipped "soon" - but no date given.
It's now 14th June and there is no further communication nor any committed timeline. No one picks up the phone.
I will complain to my credit card company and get a refund - and avoid them like a rash in future.

Excellent service, jacket was just what my partner wanted, he is very happy with it. Item was delivered exactly when promised and their customer service team followed up to make sure all was well. I would definitely use Freestyle Xtreme again.

Worst experience ever! Ordered an item which according to their website were in stock. After a while I get a message that the item were in backorder.. After over a week without an answer on how long the order would take before getting shipped to me, I decided to cancel the order.

Now the struggle of getting my money back begins. Two weeks passes by and they don't even respond to email any more, so now I've contacted PayPal and will get a chargeback..

SO all I can say is ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE if you don't wanna get scammed!

I bought 2 REKD helmets for my daughter and I, shipping was fast and they try hard to keep customers happy. Coming from the uk to America I thought it was going to be a hassle but they came a few days early. I like the style of those helmets and this is the best and cheapest place to find one.
They moved warehouses so give em a break.
