Worst online retailer i have shopped…

Worst online retailer i have shopped with AVOID and save yourself allot of stress.
It's been a month since the first delivery date was given, tried to contact customer service but the phone number on the website doesn't work tried emails with no reply.
Only way to get a response from the customer service is to write a bad review, once I got hold of them was lied to on several occasions by Paul Karen and Alex as to when my item would arrive, was told it would be delivered to me on four occasions more lies, was even told it was on its way to me via next day delivery and they didn't even have it from the manufacturer. Most unprofessional company ever, Alex even tried to blame Brexit for the delay coming from Europe. If you read the reviews allot of the 4star reviews were bought with the offer of a discount which shouldn't happen in the first place. Will never shop with them again and my advice is don't bother you'll just be disappointed and stress out from the experience.

We are so sorry about this. Everyone here has worked really hard to make sure the warehouse move went smoothly, but as a small family business it was such a big job and unfortunately we’ve messed up with your order.
As you know we gave you a goodwill discount to cover the cost of you having to hire an MTB bag for your trip & we also gave you a further 30% off - the bag had arrived to our European warehouse & once it was in the UK we paid extra to get it to you on a before midday delivery with DPD.
Of course if we make a mistake we offer a discount or free gift or try & make things up as any company should, it is entirely up to the person concerned if they wish to amend their review.
We send over 1,000 items daily, the majority without issue & we're working very hard to get back to where we were before having to open a European warehouse.
Again our sincere apologies for the long delay with getting the item to you.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service, ordered two items over three weeks ago and still haven't received them. Big problem with communication, I've had to do all the chasing. Email response is very poor, if you're lucky enough to get a response it takes two days and they don't really answer the questions that have been asked. Really disappointed, I wish I had gone elsewhere!

We are sorry but we went to process your refund as you requested yesterday in the normal way but you had already put it into dispute - the refund was processed through their resolution centre but as you had put it in dispute Paypal raise an investigation which can take up to 30 days - unfortunately this is completely outside of our control.

Forkert str

We ordered cross equipment for my 3 yearly son, size on helmet was measured out according to directions.
  After 2 weeks and within agreed time, came helmet, it was unfortunately too small so it was sent back, where we paid for Shipping a lilting months later the helmet arrives 1 size larger (4 cm larger than the result of indicated measurements) and this helmet was also too small.
To be able to return it, we have to pay Shipping again, so we have now used 250kr and have no helmet, because directions to helmet are not equal to the same with reality.
Can of course also be my son's head has grown during the long expedition time. FreestyleXtreme subsequently refunded one of the return Porto.

Great Company

Wide variety of quality products and prompt delivery.
Had an issue with one of my orders but with their helpful customer service team it was sorted easily and they even sent me a gift.

Highly recommended and definitely buy from them in future.

Great company, will definitely recommend to others

I recently ordered a pair of cycling shorts from FreestyleXtreme, and thought the personal touch from their Customer Service was really good.
I was kept informed of the progress of my order all the time, which was received exactly when promised, and I then had a follow up email to check everything was ok with the order, which it was.
The shorts were the cheapest I could find online, and I will happily shop with them again.

Awful customer service/support

I emailed them after my product was supposed to have arrive (a couple weeks after ordering). They then took 5 days to respond and informed me my product was on backorder and it would be another few weeks until they even had they product. This should have been noted during the order or at least soon after; not weeks. Horrendous customer service and just plain incompetent.

EDIT: they did email me the 20% discount and have been very helpful since their initial response. Changed my review from 1 to 4 stars as now I'm confident I will be receiving the product, and they are appropriately handling a crappy situation (I know warehouse changes are a pain).

Ordered some elbow guards

Ordered some elbow guards , first of because they were the make I wanted and freestyle was the cheapest I'd seen them. Having ordered them, I received a friendly email, then another, kept up to date with delivery, arrived earlier than estimated. Knew this product so I knew they would be good. I will definitely use freestyle again , seemed very friendly and genuinely pleased I ordered from them. Excellent

Excellent Service

Really surprised by the last couple of bad reviews???
I ordered a Deuter Road One backpack and I needed it sent to Canada where I live. (we don't sell it in North America)
I dealt with several people at Freestyle and the service was outstanding. All questions were answered promptly, the bag was in perfect condition and even with shipping, the price was very reasonable. Most European companies would not even consider shipping one overseas. Highly recommend!

Do not trust this useless, lying company. AVOID

Awful company, make promises they don't keep. My husband ordered a bike flight case, an essential item for a holiday which was due delivery by 15th may, currently still waiting on 27th despite phone calls and a promise of guaranteed delivery 2 days ago. 10 minutes on hold today, still no answer on the phone. No communication, no email updates. Left up **** creek with little time to order a new one. Appalling service, do not use this company unless you want to spend money and get nothing to show for it except a load of hassle.

Not Very Good

OK if you don't mind waiting two weeks for an order that you need for a holiday and then being told the day before you're due to go away that you won't be receiving it.
Also the 15% off something else offer is not much use when you've got less that 24 hours to find an alternative.

Excellent customer service from start to finish

Despite my first order being a little late, when I phoned they were extremely helpful, refunded my postage and made sure package was delivered following day. Second packaged arrived early and plenty emails along the way with both providing updates. Very professional, I’m highly impressed.

Exceptional customer care

Whilst the stock and prices are always good, it's their customer service that sets FSX apart. There was a transitional error with one of my orders but the good people there were willing to set it straight as best they could, more than compensating for the inconvenience caused. Their staff are friendly and genuinely helpful, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
