I have used this website for a few years now and always had good service. this is a one stop shopping website for me as I love the extreme sports scene and clothing and I ride motorbikes. Here you can get everything you need absolute brilliant site, recently had my first problem were an order was misplaced but I contacted them how it was handled was amazing the team so helpful an friendly. And because of that I don't even care it happened these things happen sometimes. But they handled it professionally an quick. Because of this I would recommend this website to anyone and myself will remain a customer. Thanks to the whole freestylextreme.com team, your commitment to customer service is outstanding. This is a company that is doing it right.

After placing my second order with FSX I did unfortunately experience quite a few issues and didn’t seem to be getting anywhere. I eventually got to speak to Karen who looked into the case for me and explained what had gone wrong. Since speaking with Karen she has rectified the situation and gone above and beyond. I have my exchanged item and my son is over the moon with some extra treats! Thank you Karen! Restored my faith within FSX!

FreestyleXtreme not only carried the brand of helmet I wanted, it was even the exact graphics I was looking for. Couldn't find it anywhere else - in the US or Canada. Price of the item and shipping were extremely reasonable...hope they made some money in the transaction!

This a website to add to your bookmark favourites. The customer buying experience is intuitive making it outstanding. I bought a Shark Helmet in-line and decided it was too small. The returns and exchange process at the same time was exceptionally straightforward, oh, and if you need any additional support, there’s a real person to talk to and not some dumb referral to a QA page. i did not realize i ordered shoes from the uk when im all the way in canada lol. it took a bit but they did get to me and every thing is as expected. the black metal mulisha etnies are dope. thanks a bunch. i would consider them again in the futuer.

I was sent an email saying my shoes will be shipped shortly & I could get an email to confirm & tell me when they will be shipped 4/24/19. I called & the message said they were closed & try back Monday. I emailed them through their website & it came back undeliverable. How can that be if I sent it through their website? I will call again this Monday 5/6/19. I don’t like companies jerking you around. I’ll post agin next week to tel everyone if they answer or respond.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Customer service wasn’t helpful in the slightest was basically told they didn’t know when I will receive my order and there was nothing they could do to find out. Emailed a few times and basically get an automated email back saying someone with look in to it but then don’t. Still no order even tho at the time of ording on the 15th April it said despatched in 2 days. I then got an order confirmation saying expected delivery approximately 22/23 April it’s now the 1st May and from what I can see it’s not even been despatched. I now want my money back but no one is answering the phone. Shocking service how it can have had good reviews in the past I have no idea.

Since writing this review I managed to get hold of a guy in customer service who was extremely helpful and sorted out my refund straightaway and helped to smooth everything over the guy was a credit to the company and makes me think maybe I was unlucky with my experience. I will be trying the company again shortly and he assured me this will be a much smoother proces. I’m hopeful that my next review will be a 5 star one.
