Received no reply until AFTER the order was delivered, 7 days later. Which, by the way, was almost 2 weeks from order date. When I did eventually receive a reply, I was told that I had ordered an item which stated it was on back order. This was an utter lie. I asked if that was the case, why I received an email saying my order had been picked and was being shipped later that day? I was reported to Trustpilot and this review was removed for stains fact. My opinion of this outfit has dropped even further.

Not impressed...
A nice webshop with lots of nice things. I ordered a mc jacket Sunday afternoon and paid the extra to get it delivered within 48 hours as advertised. It arrived Wednesday afternoon. Not bad. Unfortunately it was the wrong size. I ordered one more immediately because I needed the jacket fast and again I paid the high price to ensure I would get it before the weekend. It hasn’t arrived today (Friday). In the order status it says its being packed. That’s been two days now. I still don’t have a trackingnumber although I have asked for it three times by email. I got one answer saying that I will receive it before Sunday.. but still no tracking number and who delivers packages on Sundays? There is no phone support in Denmark nor in the UK and the email support is rather slow. I’m not too impressed... but if I get my jacket during the weekend then I’ll change my mind.
Guess what.. Karen from Freestylextreme just called and apologized for an error made in their warehouse. My new jacket hasn’t been shipped. But she guaranteed that it will be shipped express on Monday and she will refund all the shipping cost involved with my first order and the second too.. Apology accepted.. thanks!
I got the shipping cost back very fast. I got informed that the jacket was shipped Monday with DPD (how can you even consider using DPD for an express shipment???) from Dubrovnik and I got the tracking number too. Tuesday evening the package was in The Netherlands in Transit. Now Wednesday evening the package is still in transit in the Netherlands. What is going on??
It is Easter holidays now so I think it will be 4-5 days more before I get my new MC Jacket which I should have had a week ago..

Motorcycle Jacket
I order a motorcycle jacket on 30 March 2019 based on the price and the note on the website stating that it would ship within 2 days. By15 April 2019 I had not received any shipping details. Contacted the company by email and phone and was informed after that the order is being processed by the warehouse and shipping details would be provided. No action and no more information from the company. I decided to leave a 1 star review and within 24 hours I was contacted by the team, who explained the issue with their Brexit warehouse relocation, found my order and shipped it with DHL. I received the order along with various goodies two days later. The response was great after the bad review, just wish they responded in the first instance. Understandably things do sometimes go wrong and I was very happy with how my issue was eventually resolved.

Awful company and customer service
Well I can honestly say I've had the worst experience with this company, lie after lie, telling me that package had left even though I opened a case requesting a refund as the delivery would happen when I was away, only to get dispatch email telling me after all the crap they said about it left days ago. Horrid firm please save your money ant time, this firm does not deserve your custom
