Abissmal delivery service and lying staff

order: 1722734 Received an email to say that my order had been packed and was being shipped later that day. 6 days later, its just been sent. First, and last, time buying from this company. will stick with smaller companies from now on who are more customer focussed!Emailed them back to ask about the shipping reference number promised in the email: Hi ********,

Thanks for your purchase. The guys in the warehouse have finished processing your order and it will be in the post later on today.

We will email your tracking information as soon as we receive it.

Received no reply until AFTER the order was delivered, 7 days later. Which, by the way, was almost 2 weeks from order date. When I did eventually receive a reply, I was told that I had ordered an item which stated it was on back order. This was an utter lie. I asked if that was the case, why I received an email saying my order had been picked and was being shipped later that day? I was reported to Trustpilot and this review was removed for stains fact. My opinion of this outfit has dropped even further.

We are so sorry about this. Everyone here has worked really hard to make sure the warehouse move went smoothly, but as a small family business it was such a big job and it looks like we’ve messed up.
Your item was a back order one & the delivery date was between 29th April - 2nd May, we emailed you a copy of your order confirmation email - our system messed up & gave you a dispatch email when it should not have.

Took them two weeks to dispatch my order, it arrived a month after I ordered and it wasn't even what i ordered, worst e comerce experience ever

Had exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price and delivered via Royal Mail exactly when they said it would be! Fantastic service and a follow up email received to ensure I had received everything which means a great customer service as well. Would recommend to family and friends

I've made half a dozen purchases now...

I've made half a dozen purchases now and they're great. Returns are easy should you need to. However, the website allows you to input your sizing based on what brands you already wear. So, 9/10 you'll get the exact size based on the size guide recommendation you completed.

You can trust these guys 100%

The item I had ordered (a surfing cap)…

The item I had ordered (a surfing cap) arrived pretty quickly in a safe cardboard package. It was great because we got hot sun and good swell at the same time and I really needed it. I really appreciated FreestyleXtreme's services. Thanks a lot!

After I had to paid for a return postage for an exchange item I contacted FreestyleXtreme.Then they kindly gave my money back and tried to send me the new item for next day delivery.

Not impressed...

A nice webshop with lots of nice things. I ordered a mc jacket Sunday afternoon and paid the extra to get it delivered within 48 hours as advertised. It arrived Wednesday afternoon. Not bad. Unfortunately it was the wrong size. I ordered one more immediately because I needed the jacket fast and again I paid the high price to ensure I would get it before the weekend. It hasn’t arrived today (Friday). In the order status it says its being packed. That’s been two days now. I still don’t have a trackingnumber although I have asked for it three times by email. I got one answer saying that I will receive it before Sunday.. but still no tracking number and who delivers packages on Sundays? There is no phone support in Denmark nor in the UK and the email support is rather slow. I’m not too impressed... but if I get my jacket during the weekend then I’ll change my mind.

Guess what.. Karen from Freestylextreme just called and apologized for an error made in their warehouse. My new jacket hasn’t been shipped. But she guaranteed that it will be shipped express on Monday and she will refund all the shipping cost involved with my first order and the second too.. Apology accepted.. thanks!

I got the shipping cost back very fast. I got informed that the jacket was shipped Monday with DPD (how can you even consider using DPD for an express shipment???) from Dubrovnik and I got the tracking number too. Tuesday evening the package was in The Netherlands in Transit. Now Wednesday evening the package is still in transit in the Netherlands. What is going on??
It is Easter holidays now so I think it will be 4-5 days more before I get my new MC Jacket which I should have had a week ago..

I am really sorry there has been a problem with your exchange order being sent to your Danish address.

We have just moved part of warehouse to Bratislava and it was problematic getting the correct courier companies in place, something that is now resolved, unfortunately DHL did not arrive in time that day so your jacket was sent with DPD & yes due to the Easter holiday there was a delay but we can see you have now received it albeit late.

As you know as goodwill all your shipping & return fees were refunded.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service! I hadn't used them before. When the shop I most often use didnt have what I needed I found these guys. Very friendly, helpful and really good range of products and good prices. Definitely recommend

Not only was my warranty issue with this item handled promptly-the added items included with my return were a nice very unexpected touch.

I was raised in a family run department store (Norby’s) and my grandfather not only treated his customers but his employees in the same fashion.

Thank you again and I’ll be sure to pass your company name on to others as well as do business with you in the future.

Motorcycle Jacket

I order a motorcycle jacket on 30 March 2019 based on the price and the note on the website stating that it would ship within 2 days. By15 April 2019 I had not received any shipping details. Contacted the company by email and phone and was informed after that the order is being processed by the warehouse and shipping details would be provided. No action and no more information from the company. I decided to leave a 1 star review and within 24 hours I was contacted by the team, who explained the issue with their Brexit warehouse relocation, found my order and shipped it with DHL. I received the order along with various goodies two days later. The response was great after the bad review, just wish they responded in the first instance. Understandably things do sometimes go wrong and I was very happy with how my issue was eventually resolved.

Awful company and customer service

Well I can honestly say I've had the worst experience with this company, lie after lie, telling me that package had left even though I opened a case requesting a refund as the delivery would happen when I was away, only to get dispatch email telling me after all the crap they said about it left days ago. Horrid firm please save your money ant time, this firm does not deserve your custom

Very sorry for the misunderstanding, your order was sent from our new European warehouse & then delivered to you by Royal Mail so there was no way to stop delivery. It was delivered on time, the delivery date was shown against the product when you purchased & was also on your confirmation email, you chose a standard shipping option which does take a few days longer.
