Company non-responsive after refund request
I put in a refund request after the suit I ordered arrived one month later. I got no response from the company after the refund request that I placed using their online refund request option. I sent a follow up email 2 days later and this email was never replied to. I then sent a text to their WhatsApp and they said they couldn’t help me via what’s app and they’ll let the email team know to respond. Its been 12 days since my refund request and still no reply.

Mia was great. Worked with me on another sport coat selection. This is a great company with good price point products. Many colors and styles to choose from especially if you’re looking for a coat over US 52.
