I have used Freshmist on 2 occasions now and even through there was a slight issue with my second order I would highly recommend this company. The second order was 2 x Baby Beast replacement glass tanks, however when they arrived they were the 2ml post TPD version when I needed the pre TPD 3ml tanks. There wasn't an option to choose which version was required, although I now realise there is a "notes" box so I will clarify in there for future orders. I have to say that although the order was incorrect, they way the company resolved the issue was most satisfying. A quick call to the company - I spoke with Vikki - and she arranged to send out the correct replacements and a return bag for me to return the incorrect items to them. 24 hour turn around in receiving the correct items and when they received the items I had returned I received a telephone call again from Vikki to check that I was satisfied that the issue had been resolved. For me it's not always about if a company makes a slight mistake etc - it's how they rectify it and Freshmist did that 100%. Many thanks for all your assistance Vikki - you're doing a great job (hopefully you get to read this). People in life are always very quick to criticise and point out the negatives, but I have to say your customer service was top class and Freshmist will be my first port of call for further purchases. I mix my own vape juice with Fresh Mist concentrated flavours & their VG + PG + Nicotine, I've had a couple orders not arrive as orders are not tracked unless they exceed £40. However a quick call to their friendly team resolves the issue and a replacement order is delivered a couple days later : )
