I have been ordering from Freshmist online for years but my last order from 09 November 2025 for £89.99 it is now 28 November 2025 and the liquids have never arrived. I've tried contacting them but keep getting my emails returned, so please nobody order online because I wouldn't like anyone else to lose their hard earned money. And I will never order from them again. If they were going out of business they should have said on their website, so people wouldn't have submitted orders.

Been ordering from freshmist for a while. The Last order I paid for and did not receive(4weeks ago) tried to contact but no response. Unsure if still trading but will not be ordering from them again.

I will never shop here again.

I purchased 5 coils on December 19, 2024. I received an order confirmation, but I haven't received any information about when my items will arrive. I have contacted them several times via email, Instagram, and phone calls.

But I haven't received any response. If I could give them 0 or negative stars, I would. This is not a professional business, and they should be shut down for good.

Has gone downhill very quickly.
Staff are clueless, range of juice is out of date stock with the poorest variety of flavours and strengths.
Been a customer for many years, faulty products are no longer their problem as “swapsies not allowed”!
Staff used to care and be knowledgeable, faulty items were replaced with no quibble.

Clearly staff and owners no longer care.

The vapes have rapidly declined over the last 12 months cheap bottles and cheap liquid to the point I stopped using them

The freshmist service from their shops has declined rapidly over the last 18 months or so. Constantly out of stock of basic juice flavours and nicotine shots. What's the point of having a vapeshop and not stocking basic supplies. This is not a one off as it occurs with alarming regularity. The staff are good and I don't blame them but the company appears to have a supply chain issue or is pretty incompetent in terms of stock management.

I had taken an ecig back that stopped working in November 23, I exchanged for a more expensive one and paid the difference, today 3rd February 24 it wouldn't charge, I took it back to the shop with the receipt and was told because it was passed 30 days I couldn't get a replacement, on the Government and Which website it states I have between 31 days and 6 months to receive a replacement

They haven't heard the last from me, I will be speaking to Trading Standards toland reporting them.

Just bought the sweet bar from the horwich shop(winter hey lane) great service helpful chap great price and product

Bad service, no answer to calls or emails. No one wants to talk to you, constantly told the person you need isn’t in the office and she call you back but never does.

Reliable, popped into horwich freshmist wanting to come off nicotine, was Introduced too sweetbars, helped loads, great place 👍

Absolutely brilliant service the lady is so helpful and always helps with everything I need . Really good lady to talk to and she is always very cheerful and chatty always putting a smile on my face when I go in thank you

Dave at the Chorley Old Road store is a legend. Top customer service, very knowledgeable about everything to do with liquids, Mods, tanks, the lot! Always happy to help and serves with a smile. I have been shopping there since it opened and will never go anywhere else!
Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Hatty at the breightmet store is fantastic. She’s so helpful and knowledgeable for that reason I only visit this store

Dave at chorley old road shop is an awesome guy always looks after his customers. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Great customer service and friendly with all customers. I travel from a different area to his shop because he is so welcoming

Called into the Bolton store and the girl was lovely and polite. Sorry I forgot her name though 😀

Hatty at the bury Road shop was very helpfull friendly and kind. When I asked about the liquid I buy she explained which offers were on. Will definitely buy again from here

Absolutely brilliant service from Dave everytime. Service with a smile. Very knowledgeable knows his stuff. The products are great value for money wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always go to chorley old road store. Dave is very professional and very friendly and gives great advice on new products to try. I'd highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!!
