Rubbish customer service!
Unfortunately this is the only store i can get my all day eliquid from. However, customer service is terrible. I wrote two emails the other day and neither one of them was answered!

Yet another High-Value Purchase perfectly delivered THE NEXT DAY !!!
What can I say, I spent over £80 in my last order, and £50 the one before that. They arrive fast, accurate, undamaged, unopened and in perfect order. I rang them just once to ask a question about the New CoolFire Ultra, the young lady who answered knew exactly what she was talking about and instructed me correctly and gave me the impression that no question was stupid or a waste of her time. Very happy with Fresh Mist Products and the brands they supply. Superb value for money and the "icing on top" is support staff that really truly know what they are actually advising you about! This is a company you can trust 100%

Shocking! Stay away
I made an order online but unfortunately did not have it in stock. So I received a email saying we do not have it in stock would you like anything else to which iv replied no id just have a refund. Its been 2weeks now and i have not received my refund. I have emailed them again and again but have not received a reply since the initial email. I don’t know what to do???
