Spent over £30 to get free delivery. Received an email 25/01/23 to inform me that the order was complete. Order not received. Emails ignored. Will attempt to recoup via credit card.
My suggestion? AVOID!

Avoid this company! My order I placed over 2 weeks ago has not arrived. Contacted them to let them know it hasn’t arrived, said they were going to send a replacement order- still nothing. Not able to give a tracking number. I have since asked for a refund and they have stopped answering emails.

I have always received my order quickly and its never been wrong. Sometimes they even throw in extra goodies for you.

I ordered a pack of 3x10ml Heisenberg E-liquid. I paid for first class delivery and after waiting for nearly two weeks with no delivery, I contacted the customer service to see what was going on, several days later I received an email saying my package was lost in the post, and another would be sent out immediately. 4 days later my packaged arrived, with several 'free sample' bottles, half of which were already open with the seals broke. The item that I paid for was also opened and one of the bottles missing, so I still didn't get what i had paid for. And I'm not fully convinced the product is genuine, as it doesn't look like the ones I buy from other suppliers, its even a different colour and not the signature blue that Heisenberg has always been. Would not shop here again

Nov 2020, After recently making a purchase of a Lucky Dip where they sent me all but 3, were wrong flavors.
Emma got in touch with me to say sorry and resent the order and very quickly at that.
The new order was much much better only 7 flavors weren't for me but overall the customer service was excellent.
2015 was when I stopped smoking and started using Fresh mist from day 1, never before ever had a bad experience.

My review is like the top one i have just read. i ordered two bottle of juice, first problem is that it took weeks to be delivered. Second problem is that the juice is VERY thick. its like the juice has gone bad it has a Jelly like texture and doesnt taste good at all. Was dissapointed

I have been very pleased with freshmist in the past.However,my last order of12×blackjack flavoured juice was a disaster.I have been buying blackjack flavoured juice for some years now,and think I know what it should taste like as well as most people.This last batch I purchased at £17.99 did not taste anything like i am used to.If anything it reminded me of bubblegum.I find the taste quite obnoxious and will not be buying from freshmist again.
