Popped into Horwich store today i went in for disposables and had a moan on how much it was costing me so the lovely guy suggested me getting a evio pod and suggested some good liquids... Great service from the guy in there and very friendly...I will definitely be returning.

I've been using freshmist for a few years now and found them to be really helpful and have excellent customer service.
When I have had a few minor issues they've been quickly to sort out and get back to me.
They've actually gone that extra mile when Shauna drove to their other shops to find bottles of vape juice they now I love.
Can't fault them for value for money great selection of oils and friendly customer service.
I would 100% recommend freshmist for all your vaping needs.

I was well impressed. Walked in to buy 4 Crystals for £20 & walked out with a refillable and 4 bottles of vape juice for £30 thanks to Paul the shop manager. I've had loads of these refillables that all break. This is just like a crystal and a doddle to refill...even for me! Sorted

Don’t know what’s happened to this company recently. Been ordering their triple menthol on line for the last 6 years
On a monthly basis. Recently though orders haven’t been showing up or been taking weeks to show. When the order does arrive the the bottles are in a right mess with the labels having peeled off and a residue all over the bottles as if one has leaked but it hasn’t. My biggest issue though is my most recent order. Ordered 25 bottles of triple menthol, as I’m going away for 2 weeks. Unfortunately for most of the bottles, it’s as if they’ve forgotten to add the menthol flavour. It’s just plain tasteless juice. I’ve changed my coil, cleaned my device and all I get is hot tasteless dry vape. I compared them to a bottle from a previous order and that was perfectly minty. I’ve tested 10 bottles so far and they’re all the same. I have had this issue before but it’s only been the odd one or two bottles within an order, which is annoying but never caused a massive issue. But this is looking like most of the 25 I’ve got are completely flavourless. Extremely disappointing as I love this juice and it’s the only one I vape but I’m going to have to look elsewhere for a new juice, as Freshmist have fast become very inconsistent with poor quality. Customer service is practically non existent as well. Don’t answer emails and don’t answer the phone.

Half my order missing, emailed and sent several messages on facebook no response

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! Paid for my order nearly a week ago, it never arrived, chased it up today and they hadn’t even sent it out!!! RIDICULOUS!! It’s a shame because they used to be such a good company!

After my delivery never came and the replacement didn't i got a refund from my bank. This company don't reply to customers, they just take your money. This pathetic so called business should be reported and fined.

Just shocking! Accidentally placed my order twice...no worries I thought, the liquid will get used. Wishful thinking! Orders never arrived and after chasing relentlessly they said they'd send a replacement....no excuse as to why original orders didn't arrive. Waited patiently, chased again, no goods. Then after requesting proof of delivery, today 04.04.23 they sent a signed for picture from 24.03.23. Not my name,not my signature and not delivered to me or my neighbours. Escalated to bank. SCAMMERS....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

*read the end* Thought I would add to the bad recent reviews, I’d placed an order late December, I figured it would be a bit delayed with it being the festive season. Had ordered for a couple of people and myself, it hadn’t turned up weeks later, so I chased it down, they said they would send it out again but no show, I tried to get a refund but they claimed they had sent it out twice, yet would not provide me with a tracking number.

I was recommended by family to make a claim directly through my bank, as I’d paid by debit card, took about 4 weeks but I received my money back in the end.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I THINK THEY HAVE GONE BUST BUT STILL MAKING FALSE SALES

Not for the first time they have sent the wrong order, i ordered 3mg and they sent 90 bottles of 6mg, they are not answering the phones, i have been trying for 3 days. Sent 2 emails with pictures and an offer to return them and had no reply whatsoever

Avoid!! Placed an order and received nothing, emailed them and was told it was out of stock and I would receive a refund. 5 weeks later and nothing

Be advised. Donot buy at Freshmist!!! They only take your money and don't deliver your order. Sent them mails and mails, they answer with the message that your order is shipped but that's it.
