Fringes Rugs 

I ordered a 4'x4' rug in Vixen colour and was contacted to see if I would like to have a more precise size if desired. I did not need this option although I thought that it was a good service. When I received the rug it was a much paler colour than on the website. There are no labels or details attached to the back of rug. I asked if I could return it, however but was told that I couldn't as it was custom made at 4'x4'.

Nothing was too much trouble. would differnitely use again in the future.

My rug arrived and is even better than I expected. The service was great. Emails and phone communication was great. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality rug.

I was really impressed with Fringe Rugs. They cut the rug I wanted down to the size I wanted and took so much care over it all, (finishing off the edge etc) without extra charge. I'd certainly recommend them and use them again. And the rug is really lovely and an unusual deep yellow, which is hard to find and just what I wanted.

I am thrilled with the rug. It is the perfect size and colour for my daughters room and is soft and verycomfortable. My only complaint was the lack of customer service. My credit card was charged straight away but my rug was not delivered for weeks. When I called to ask where my rug was, the guy told me he would ring me back and never did! so I needed to call back 2 days later and spoke with the manager who was very pleasant but told me that there was further delays and it would be another 2 weeks for my rug to be shipped. I was happy to wait- it was not a rush- but I wish that someone had proactively called me to let me know about delivery and delays.

Good products - look nice in my house. The custom rug was a real (nice) surprise - so we could get it to fit (perfectly) in the room.
We were sent the wrong rug initially but the process of getting it changed was very easy and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The rug was delivered ahead of expected date and the price was much cheaper than other sites for exactly the same product. Very happy with the quality..

This is not the first time I have bought a rug. But the first time I bought a rug and was delighted with the prompt service I received. Even as the Olympics are in full swing I received my carpet within 48 hours.

the buying process was smooth. but they delivered 4 to 5 weeks later than promised, in spite of having made a point that i needed the rug on the date they promised.
the rug is ok and according to specs, though. so the product was good quality.

rug arrived when they said it would, perfectly packed, excellent quality and well worth every penny. Will definately shop here again

I purchased a beautiful rug with fab colours in it. It blends in well with the colours in my lounge. The quality is good and would highly recommend the company. Great product.

I would not recommend this company as description of rug and material did not match up and timescale for delivery took longer than anticipated

We wanted an unusual rug for a room. We had recently bought a stone owl which sits outside so when we saw an advert for a rug with an Owl pattern woven in, it captured our imagination. I ordered the rug on line, it is now inplace and looks fantastic. I am so impressed with the quality of the rug and the prompt and good delivery we had. I have seen another rug also with an owl pattern I am considering ordering this also.

Rug good quality and exactly as described on website, this is our second purchase from Fringesrugs and will definitely use again. 5 star all round.
