Fringes Rugs 

I ordered two rugs from Fringes Rugs on the 18th December 2014 and paid the extra £15 special delivery in order to ensure I received the rugs on the Saturday.
I received email confirmation from Fringes Rugs 6/1/2015 that the delivery of the items would take place on 10/1/2015. Their contracted couriers TNT ignored the special Saturday delivery and attempted weekday deliveries 7th and 8th and then left the items at depot on the 10th. I was not informed of this until afterwards, therefore I wasted my Saturday waiting in for this failed delivery. I pointed out to Fringes Rugs that this was technically a breach of contract and the Customer Service Manager couldn't understand what the problem was as it was just a case of the delivery attempts were early. I found (name's) behaviour demeaning and his resolve was simply to offer the opportunity for me to cancel the order and no attempt to offer reimbursement. I am now independently and directly requesting reimbursement from TNT for the £15. It is shame as the products and product aftercare information are of good quality, with a comprehensive user friendly website. However the company needs to change its behaviour and provide a better customer service, as well review the reliability of their contracted couriers.

The Rug had to be square - loads of choice until I wanted it in wool! Then I found exactly what I wanted on your website and a week later as promised it is here. Thank you for excellent service and a good quality product.

My mum was looking for a rug to match one that she currently has - this rug has now been discontinued - however when I spoke to Fringes they said that if I bought they large one they would cut it to size - my mum now has 2 rugs instead of one - great service and ever so helpful! thanks
