Fringes Rugs 

Have not received the rug and despite several messages and emails sent no one has got back to me about where my rug is and when it will be delivered. Not happy.

Your website is easy to navigate, and you have an extensive product range and I cannot fault the quality of the rug delivered or the delivery arrangements. My only criticism is that the images on your site do not show the colours and texture of the rugs in enough accurate detail.

Website gave good selection of rugs and was easy to navigate. The on-line ordering process was easy as well. The only problem was the delay in delivery (allegedly due to delay in receiving rugs from manufacturer) - I had to 'phone a couple of times to find out what was happening - the second time Adrian called me by name as he recognised my voice. They emailed to say rug was despatched and when to expect delivery and rug was delivered on given date. Delighted with the rug.

What can I say about the Fringe Rug that I have ordered when it hasn't been delivered yet???

was super fast.

You've sent me a link to do a review but I haven't received my rug yet so there is not a whole lot to say...

I was really impressed with the amount of choice and the fast efficient service. Being asked if I wanted a custom size within certain parameters was very surprising and I would certainly use them again if I wanted a rug to fit a specific area.

If I had bought it locally I would return rug. Disappointed with the colours. I am only keeping because there is a charge to return and do not want to waste any more money.

I saw the site, and thought the price of the sisal rugs were too good to be true..... How wrong i was, top quality rug, prompt delivery:-) I'm a very satisfied customer, and would highly recommend Fringes Rugs to anyone who asked me :-) Thanks for upgrading my living room!!

Am just delighted with my Xian rug. Was v anxious making such a large purchase online & so sent many queries (all of which were answered promptly- this was not the case with many of the other rug companies I contacted) before finally deciding to make the purchase. The rug arrived on time and I just love it!

Very pleased with my new rug, which arrived today as promised, and impressed by email follow-ups since I placed my order a week ago .... only slight quibble I would have is that it's just a little "shaggier" than I expected from the online picture - but not a problem at all - it looks good in my small sitting room, and my new coffee table is very happy to be placed on top of it! The colour is exactly what I wanted, and it feels good under my toes too, so all in all a great success ... should just say that I was recommended to Fringes Rugs by my daughter, who has also recently purchased a rug and is thrilled! So two happy customers, and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a rug to look at this company first - the choice is simply amazing!

payment was taken for our orderthen 2 weeks later i received a phone call to say the rug had been discontinued and my money would be refunded. Why accept the order in the first place and why take my payment if the rug has been discontinued. Worst still I've just checked my statement and I haven't even had my refund yet.

So here i am a single mother with a 2 year old currently not working trying to make this house look like a home. I was looking over all the normal retail sites trying to find a rug that i liked within my extremely low budget. I even tried ebay even though the thought of something new for a change was what i had in mind. I came across fringes rugs and to be honest the thought that first came to mind was that the site looked very professional and i thought it would be another site offering amazing prices but when i actually go to look the cheapest is about £600, this was NOT the case. they offer everything, i mean EVERYTHING. I found the most amazing rug well within my budget plus free delivery it was like Christmas for me , so easy to order i had been following the tracking for the delivery in anticipation and it finally arrived this afternoon. its incredible everything i wanted . i will recommend you to everyone i know especially all the mums at baby group. thank you again x

I ordered and paid for a rug.About 4 days later I got an E-mail asking me to call them.I was then told my rug was out of stock,it would be in stock in 6 days time,plus another 7-10 days delivery.Although unhappy I said there wasn`t much I could do about it.The guy on the phone said I could buy from another company.I`m still waiting.Not good Businees or customer relations.No stars from me.

The website is very user friendly, unlimited choice of style, shape and colour and an added bonus is the colour on the images are true to the colour of the product when you receive it. The rug I ordered was very slightly damaged on the back but Fringes arranged a replacement straight away, no quibbles!!! Highly recommend this company 😃

Rug has a white background where I thought it would be more beige - but love itas does all who visit,

This was my first experience with Fringes Rugs. I had problems with the website at first but received a prompt phone call in reply to my email and all went well after that. The Joseph rug is great and the service was perfect.
