Fringes Rugs 

I ordered rug on Monday morning and it was delivered on Friday.
The quality is as expected it looks wonderful in my sitting room.

Bought rug 10 days ago, still undelivered.
Told to ring TNT who said delivery was today between 9 to 5 so neighbour alerted, no delivery and computerised TNT phone line clicking off when I enter postcode.
Unable to track, do I find another neighbour just in case tomorrow as am working? Seems to have gone on for too long, delivery usually via internet much sharper.

I have bought and received two rugs from Fringes, I am so pleased with them I have ordered yet another one, and will certainly order more in the near future ....

Thank you for corresponding with me re my order and also for compensating me with a discount for the inconvenience of not having the rug I originally requested available.

It took me a long time to source a small square rug that I wanted to use in my office to cover an area where the fitted carpet had become ridged through use of an office wheeled chair. I ordered exactly what I wanted and then waited ... and then Adrian called to say their delivery had been delayed but did I want the free stain protection and did I want to up the size by 10 cm as that was the width of the expected stock. Great - yes and yes! And then wait ... and wait. But at every stage Adrian was there to explain, apologise and fill me with confidence that the rug would arrive. And it did - and it's great quality - I am so glad I hung on. It would have been so easy to cancel and start again but the whole experience was almost pleasurable - anticipation built! A small rug purchased but customer service broadloom sized. Thank you. Linda Buckley.

Ordered a rug from this company and after nearly 2 weeks had heard nothing from them, no update... Nothing. Emailed them to ask for an update, received no reply. Emailed again only to receive the most abrupt and rude reply from [Name] the so called customer service manager no dear or hi to start the email or apology just saying basically he's called twice and I haven't answered. I work full time like most people and don't answer calls at work. He did not have the decency to leave a voicemail otherwise I would have called back. Awful customer service, the worst I have experienced in a long time. I have now asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded as I do not wish to deal with a company that deals with it's customers in this way.

We scoured the internet and fringes rugs had the most options in the runner carpet we needed. Placed the order over the weekend and had a call a few days later to say the colour we ordered wasn't in stock and would a very similar colour work for us. The chap also said we are offering free stain repellent, did we intentionally not select this or did we miss the offer. I had missed it and said 'yes!' Finally, he said, we have enough stock to go from the 2.9m length we ordered all the way up to 3.5m at no extra charge. As it turned out we needed the 3.5m as we'd measured incorrectly. All in all a great result and a very nice company who makes the rugs in the UK! Really would recommend. I would also recommend selecting the anti-slip/carpeting option, which we wish we had done at the time - the rug is brill, but keeps bunching on the carpet it is protecting. Our fault!

I must admit that I wasn't prepared for the high-quality of the product that arrived a week after placing my order for a 2 x 3m Cosmopolitan / Thinrib / Buckwheat WF151 rug!

Every rug is made pretty much to order and the company emailed me to tell me that I could choose any dimension up to 2.20m x 3.30m at no extra cost! As it happens, these dimensions were an even better fit for my living room, so I went for that.

The rug arrived on the date promised, with free TNT delivery.

I will be buying all my other rugs from Fringes Rugs, and so will my family!

My rugs arrived earlier even earlier than I had hoped and were just as I had ordered. Great quality and really efficiently handled. The carriers TNT were brilliant keeping us informed of progress at all times. This is my second purchase form this company and I would recommend them highly to any of my friends.

The website was quite user friendly but as I was placing my order I became a bit confused because it asked you what kind of backing you wanted on the rug - mine automatically came with a rubber backing so I selected this option and it added an additional fee on to my order! There was no option to say "as it comes" so I didn't select any hoping when the rug finally arrives it will have the rubber backing described. Also my order has not arrived and I have just received an email saying it will be another 2.5 weeks!

The rug is really unusual, and orange on grey makes it tand out as a centre piece.

Easy to order via the website. I was informed of the slight delay to my order, which then arrived when promised. Lovely rug, great communications, I would highly recommend Fringes Rugs and would certainly use them again.

I am so impressed with the service I have received from Fringes - the rug I ordered wasnt one of the most expensive on their website but I received first class personal service. I would definitely recommend this company.

I can whole heartedly recommend Fringes rugs. I spent a long time on-line looking for the perfect rug and reading all the reviews on loads of different sites before settling with Fringes. I ordered this rug on Sat and emailed the company to ask fi there was any possibility of it being with me sooner than the 10 days leeway it stated (due to family and friends visiting and this rug being the final finishing touch to our new living room). I had a fast reply back from Brett at Fringes who told me that he had contacted his dispatch team and was told thta it would very likely be delivered the following Friday :) Friday came and so did the rug (delivered by TNT). The rug itself is amazing quality, I am thrilled with it. I had a bad experience with another rug I had ordered, whereas when it arrived it looked nothing like the photo on-line and the quality did not match the description. This was very disappointing, and worrying that I may not have been able to find and have another rug delivered in time for this Saturday gone. Fringes solved all that! I found the rug of my dreams and had it the day I was hoping. The rug was also stain-guarded free of charge :) Brett was very efficient and courteous with email updates and kept me informed all the way. I would use Fringes again - I 100% recommend them as a company. Superb goods and prices!

Having ordered two rugs on two separate occasions we are delighted with the quality, service given and value for money so have now ordered a custom made rug with confidence. One slight problem was that the second rug was delivered to our home when we had requested it to be delivered to our business address but luckily we were in so no harm done.

The sales representative was incredibly helpful and so I was able to purchase my rug quickly and confidently knowing that it was in stock and would be delivered in the timescale I needed.
It has since then arrived on the day as requested and is beautiful, looks amazing all at a very competitive price. Really couldn't ask for more than that and have already ordered another rug from them.
