The best looking 'Road Playmat' I could find on line. Easy to order and track. Arrived on time helped, I think by a helpful chap I spoke to at Fringes Rugs who ensured it arrived on my Grandson's birthday ( who loves playing on it!) A very successful order.

We love the rug, brilliant quality and value and it arrived really quickly too. Overall very impressed.

I cannot thank Adrian enough for going 'above and beyond' in ensuring I received my rug on Saturday. He rang me on Thursday to say that as they were stain proofing my rug, he noticed it was shedding more than it should and he didn't want to send me a sub-standard rug, so he was going to order a new one from the suppliers, but it may take some time for it to arrive. I was gutted that I wouldn't have the rug for Saturday, but appreciated that he wanted the best for me. He rang me again on Friday to say the rug had arrived, it was being treated and dried and he would have it to me on Saturday. It arrived at 9am Saturday morning in perfect condition. I can highly recommend this company and shall tell all my friends.

Lovely rug arrived fast.

I'm Cinderella and I recently had an accident with my old rug. I was so afraid that the Ugly Sisters would find out, so I searched and searched online for a replacement and came across several websites selling the one I wished to have. Fringes Rugs was one of those sites, only they offered so much more than any of the others. This included free stain protection, free anti-slip mat, free delivery and a flexible price, but most importantly of all, Fringes provided a made to measure service for my chosen rug which no-one else offered. I phoned the store and had my first conversation with Prince Charming, better known as Adrian to those who work there. He was delightful and supportive with a most helpful clear manner, explaining the process to me. Within days my beautiful new rug was couriered to me. And it fits perfectly, just as the glass slipper had done in the past. Thank you to Fringes and of course to Price Charming for such a highly professional service and a stunning quality rug which I shall treasure for so many years to come.

I love this rug. It looks fantastic and classy but really funky .The colours are brilliant and go wonderful in the room. Very pleased that I ordered from Fringes and will use them again if I need a rug. Brilliant.

Very pleased with rugs, however delivery poor. TNT did not act on instruction to changedelivery date so missed first delivery items finally arrived a day later at 5.30pm causing me to waste an entire day waiting for them

Ordered the rug and emailed a request that the rug could be left with a neighbour. Rug delivered without a hitch and looks great in my daughters bedroom. Would use again.

After being contacted by Fringe Rugs I now know that I should have been more patient with the service ,as the rug I ordered has to be hand made.
I received a courtesy call from the excellent customer services department on an update on my order.
On reflection I am now very happy with the professional service from Fringe Rugs

After a successful first order this second one had a couple of issues. However the test of a good company is how well they handle problems and I cannot fault Fringe's response. A telephone call was all that was needed to sort everything out and I am now very pleased with my purchase. Having put their customer service to the test, I would say don't hesitate to use this company.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Their service, from ordering to receipt of goods was outstanding.

My new rug arrived today and I must say I'm absolutely delighted with it. After seeing the same product pictured in what I guess to be a lower resolution and darker light on another website I was a bit concerned but it's exactly as pictured on Fringes Rugs' website. I would definitely recommend the product and the Company.
The only reason I can't give a 5 star rating was because the delivery postcode was incorrect and the rug was initially sent to London whereas I am in South Wales, however that was quickly resolved and the rug was redirected for delivery the next day. Hopefully Fringes will look into this to ensure that it doesn't happen again to someone else.
