Fringes Rugs 

I have had the best ever customer service experience from Fringes Rugs. I originally ordered a boucle wool rug (Lara) from the website in late November, but was contacted two weeks later and informed that my rug couldn't be made in the size I had specified. I was rather annoyed as I was expecting the rug to be delivered any day and wanted it in time for Christmas. I fed this back to Adrian , the customer services manager, who apologised and gave me an instant refund. Adrian then went over and above to source the exact type of rug that I wanted in the right size and specification and price matched it when it came in more expensive. He managed to arrange production and delivery of the rug within a week,despite the busy run up to Christmas. The rug itself is perfect, excellent quality and exactly what I wanted. What I hadn't expected was such fantastic customer service along they way. Adrian truly made me feel important as a customer. I'd definitely recommend Fringes Rugs to anyone.

I have been looking for months to find a different and unusual rug for my living room and found it it at a very reasonable price. Well done Fringe Rugs I'd recommend you every time to my family and friends!

This arrived with in 4 working days of the order and I was updated with emails on the progress of the shipment along the way. There was no extra charge for delivery which in itself was a very efficient and professional service. The rug was really good quality, exactly as you see it in online pictures. Also was a great price, the best among other retailers, the same rug was nearly £100 on Debenhams website!

I saw the Viola 1521 rug when shopping at Costco in Leeds, I decided to google it, and found Fringes Rugs sold it,a lot cheaper. Rang my order through and spoke to Adrian, rug arrived with in a few day, unfortunately the size I ordered was a little small for where I wanted to put it. That did not put me off, I rang Fringes Rug on 2nd January for the next size up spoke to Adrian ordered it and he said it may be 21 days, but it arrived on 7th January, exellent service. I would definitely recommend them, I will certainly use them again.

There was a problem with the delivery of my rug, something had gone wrong in the process somewhere. When I contacted the customer service department I spoke to the manager Aiden. He did everything he could to ensure that we received our rug before Christmas and in the end it was only a few days later than it originally should have been.

I ordered a circular rug that came quite quickly, very well made, firm but soft and you can tell it is going to last, so I have ordered another one:-)

we got the plush rug in sand and its great. lovely and thick and luxurious.just what we were looking for and at a good price too. looks fab under our fireplace. thaks fringes rugs.

2 rugs ordered on 18th December and nothing on the order page to indicate would/might not be delivered until after Christmas.
Acknowledgement of order then said could be up to 14 days but too late to cancel as money debited immediately.
Still awaiting communication re when good will be dispatched.
Not happy with service.

I fell in love with this rug - I needed two - and as it was made by a well-known designer, I thought it would be OK to order it online. Then I discovered that even with delivery cost to France, it was cheaper than alternative suppliers. So I ordered online - it was easy- and the rugs arrived very quickly. They are lovely, exactly what I wanted, so no nasty surprises, and I love them every day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you or to buy from them again myself. I won't forget the name - Fringes Rugs.

We were looking for rugs that needed to be different and special and we had no "rug" experience. The choice on the web was amazing and we soon found the must-haves. Ordered them there and then and they were delivered one week later. Absolutely beautiful, both in quality and design. I would defy anyone not to find something to suit them from such an extensive range.

These company have such a great selection of rugs & I mean quality rugs, to suit all pockets.

I found Fringes Rugs on facebook where they were running some giveaways. Not just the usual like and share, they ran some fun competitions and I was lucky enough to win my new doormat from one. Later, because I knew they were a company I could trust, when I needed to buy a new rug, I bought from Fringes Rugs, and will do so again in future.

I needed two rugs for our cottage in Cornwall and so I contacted Fringes because they were in Plymouth. I had never had any dealings with them before, but it was only when I found them on the internet I thought I would give them a go. And am I glad I did. This young chap called Adrian could not have been more helpful with the order and although there were a few problems with the delivery, he went that extra mile to have the rugs delivered on time. I can honestly say the rugs are first class and so is the customer service. So nice to talk to a human being when placing an order.

We have now bought two of the same rug having been really impressed by the first one that arrived speedily, in great conition and with hassle free delivery.

As a mother of a newborn baby I reallybwanted to purchase a rug that was safe, soft fo crawling, easy to clean when dribbled on and one thr alo looked great when relaxing in evening.

Fringe rugs fitted these criteria in every aspect. My son is so happy playing on one with his toys in the play room. The rug looked fantastic, was great value and so soft. Thank you.

Finally managed to find the shaggy purple rug I wanted, for a good price. Absolutely no complaints at all - the nice delivery man even carried it right inside for me (as it weighed a TON!). Would definitely look here again if I need another rug.

I would definitely recommend fringes as the made to measure service was brilliant and a fraction of the price of other websites. Friendly service where it was easy to contact them question where answered promptly.

Seen a rug I liked in a local store took details and searched on line for it got it much cheaper delivered to my home and got free stain protection added also purchased anti slip mat made to size of rug since it was a very large rug would use again.
