John and Craig have been brilliant from start to (almost) finish! After being let down by another local carpet firm, John came to give us an estimate within hours of us calling, and gave really honest, helpful advice. They’ve always kept us up to date with the process and worked to accommodate us, and we’re thrilled with the results. Would 100% use them again and recommend Frodsham Carpets.

These guys are top of their game. I’m very fussy in respect of what goes into my home but the quality of the carpets they have on offer is high end. I was renovating an entire house so placed an order for the full upstairs plus a runner for my stairs. The end result is fantastic. The care taken in my home was appreciated. John and Craig are both lovely fellas who can’t do enough to help. Thanks!

We have used Frodsham Carpets for many years and have always been extremely happy with the service provided. Our latest hall, stairs and landing project proved to be no exception. We had excellent advice from Barry in the shop, who as always was helpful and friendly. Craig who measured up and fitted both the vinyl and the carpet did a wonderful job- we couldn’t fault his workmanship… or his tidyness! 5 star service with a smile had stairs and landing carpet fitted. Measured by Craig and fitted by John both very helpful and professional, nothing to much trouble would highly recommend. Great service in the shop by Barry and plenty of choice to choose from.

Now had my whole apartment fitted with carpets / bathroom floor covering by the 2 lads at Frodsham Carpets. Excellent and very professional. They moved heavy furniture for me pre-lockdown to fit the lounge/ main bedroom carpet, then they stored the carpet for the 2nd bedroom for 2 years during lockdown!! Now had the 2 bathrooms floor covering laid and another great job. Very efficient from going into the shop, measuring up, ordering and fitting. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks, lads!

I have used Frodsham Carpet Centre for many years ! The carpets are amazing ! The fitting service also ! I have today also used them to clean my carpets which have come up brand new and no mess whatsoever. I would recommend this Centre to anyone shopping for carpets and needing the same cleaning. I have a small puppy so i needed them cleaning and also a deep piled rug which has come out brand new.

I have used Frodsham Carpets for over 20 years +. A fantastic business, excellent products which are reasonably priced and superb workmanship (5*). Craig travelled to my second home in Wales and fitted new carpets and delivered a beautiful dining room table and 4 chairs.
I wouldn't buy from anywhere else - only Frodsham Carpets for my homes!

I have recently had 4 carpets fitted by Frodsham Carpets, the service was excellent and the end result was fantastic, the guys that fit them were great friendly and professional and they fitted each carpet perfectly. I can’t recommend Frodsham carpets enough!! I was very unsure which company to go with for my stairs, landing and 2 bedroom carpets. After speaking to John I knew 100% to go with Frodsham carpets. He was very patient in the many questions I had and he explained everything thorough so I knew exactly what I was getting. He shown me a range of carpets and explained each one to me to ensure I was getting the best!! John came to measure for me on the Monday and my carpets were fitted on the Saturday! I can’t believe how nice the carpets really are and how much of an amazing job John has done! I can’t fault a single thing! I was shocked at the quality of carpet I got for such an affordable price, I couldn’t be happier! Not only the carpets but as well John and the rest of the staff were great to work with, friendly, approachable and trustworthy, I won’t be using any other company from now on. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you so much again :)

Frodsham Carpets fitted a carpet in my son's room. Absolutely perfect. A couple of months later, we had them clean our lounge, dining room, hall, stairs and landing carpets. They were heavily stained with cigarette ash, drops of blood and poop from the dog. All stains were removed. The carpets look like new. I can highly recommend their service.

Fantastic service on every aspect from initial quotes/ ordering , storage of carpets until required and final fitting. Great communication and guidance throughout based on years of experience. Fitters were very friendly and helpful . Will use again as we have before and can highly recommend.

John came to measure and fitted me in just a few days for carpet on my 4 staircases and 2 landings between floors. Job was done with high quality and great price. Thanks guys, amazing job!

Excellent service from John and his dad. Price was great for a high quality carpet throughout my home. I was out all day and John took care of everything. When I got home I had amazing new carpets and all my furniture was back in its place. Very professional service and would highly recommend.

I’ve used frodsham carpets twice now so professional and a very polite gentleman who came out to lay the carpet great Quilty looks lovely so made up and arrived on time too would definitely recommend to friends and family very reasonably priced too just love my carpet finishes off the bedroom perfectly and gentleman also cleaned up after himself made up.Definitely going to used frodsham carpets again thank you
