First time I have used this company and its the first time I have ever had the frozen mice delivered and actually still frozen. Will definately use them again. Courier text delivery times as indicated on the website.

I got the mice for my sons snakes from Frozen Reptile, the product was well packaged and still frozen. I got regular up dates as and when my order would arrive. This was the second I have used Frozen Reptile and it wont be the last. Good prices and good service. Frozen Reptile is in my favourites list for my web pages.

Would not communicate with me, even though I paid for overnight delivery it just turned up 3 days later with a different courier service! Luckily someone was in to receive it or the frozen goods would have been ruined. No sign of a refund of overnight delivery!?

Service is normally excellent so I was surprised to see that the order I placed on 2nd December for next day delivery didn't arrive until 6th and there were no responses to my chase eMails.

I can't help think that this was a very unusual situation as I've always been very happy with Frozen Reptile and I suspect things will be back to normal next time.

The quality of the order and packing was excellent as always.

Found the website clear and easy to follow. Good selection of products available. After placing the order I was kept informed of the delivery status which was completely accurate and 24 hours later the order was delivered within the designated hour on the order. Very happy with my order. Just one comment. Most of the bags had a slit, I guess from claws, so that I had to rebag most of my £200 order. Opening the box was a bit like the pied piper had just marched past!

IF you have no problems with your order then these are a fab company to deal with. However, if there is a problem it takes a long time to sort everything out. I ordered some rats (50) and only recieved 10. It turned out that it was a miss pick by their staff. It took 2 weeks for it to be resolved. They didn't answer emails or answer machine messages. When the delivery arrived it was in a non-discript box. The box arrived the friday morning and because there was no labels to indicate that there was frozen produce inside, it was left in our staff post room over the weekend. By the monday morning it had started to smell for obvious reasons.

Frozen Reptile's website is great and lives up to its promises. I like the fact that the food is placed against a ruler as it makes it easy to determine what your pet needs. I also like the various delivery options. I had chosen the pre-9h30 one (which meant doubling the price of each food item, but still keeping the order in line with what you would pay in a normal shop). Unfortunately, my order did not turn up before 10h30. I am working full time and was not happy about that. My request that the difference between a pre-9h30 delivery and a pre-noon delivery goes as a credit towards my next order has remained unanswered. A shame as the order arrived competently packaged and the mice were good to go to the freezer. I will still use Frozen Reptile... but be wary next time of delivery times!

I took a chance with frozen reptile having seen mixed reviews I thought I would try them - while it arrived on time part of my order was in horrendous condition - the rabbits were in disgusting condition - emaciated and filthy the poor things were skin and bone and I mean SKIN AND BONE ZERO MEAT looked like they had been starved .... I thawed them out and the skin was hanging from them - one of them had dihaorrea all over its backside and there was NO WAY I would risk feeding these to my snakes so in the bin they went which when you consider how much they cost is a total joke................will I be buying from them again ? NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
