Unbelievable as Victor Meldrew would say, but for all the right reasons. Cheap, professional, gonzalis fast delivery, just after so many disaster with fining food my my snakes I cant believe this company (in the best possible way) i bought medium mice pinkies and fuzzies for my snakes, they arrived, perfectly frozen and looked fresh and healthy, well in as much as a bunch of frozen mice can lol. Really happy with this company, they cater for pretty much all my reptiles, my only complaint is that they dont do dog food too xx

All of my products arrived in good condition and were all still completely frozen upon arrival.

Products arrived, and mice seem fine. On delivery however, picked website for the fast next day delivery advertised. However although I received confirmation email stamped at 16.30 on Thursday, I was told I missed the cut off time by 1 minute and I ended up not receiving the good until the following Tuesday.

Raised issue with merchant. Simple gesture of partial refund on my delivery would have been nice?

Probably won't use again based on first experience.

the quality of frozen reptile is second to none. you will not be disappointed. prices will not be beaten.

I ordered from frozen reptile, The food was here the next day they had everything I ordered, I had a text telling an hour slot that the delivery would be here, it was so well packed everything was just as the website said, I have saved money buying from frozen reptile, and it saves me time all I need do is place the order and wait. great will use them from now on.

I ordered a lot of rats and mice for my collection and they were delivered as promised, the next day, on time and frozen:-)
The rats looked like they were just asleep and so good I almost ate them myself lol!!

Very good delivery was tracking it so knew when it was near

I found it a very easy service to use but the delivery service used was not aware of the nature of the delivery (Frozen goods) so there was no urgency to their delivery. Product arrived properly packed but the mice were totally unfrozen on arrival. From ordering to delivery was in fact 3days.

Bought some wiener rabbits from Frozen reptile and my corn snakes just went mad for them, I also gave one to my boa who is over 7ft long and it was gone in less than 5 seconds, seems that he wants a bigger one. MY NEXT ORDER WILL SOON BE PLACED. The prices are good BUT like anything else nowadays the Postage KILLS IT. Nothing can be done about that, but delivery is good with a van driver that does his job with a smile.

I've been a member for awhile now,but only just started buying lol..I feel the service you get is awesome and when you have problems they are sorted out with a friendly person at the other end...and giving good advice.

It was the first time I'd tried buying frozen snake food and I was a little worried it would all turn up defrosted and smelling, but that wasn't the case.
It turned up at the exact time slot that I was informed of by SMS earlier in the day, it was double packed in cardboard and polystyrene, kept chilled using dry ice and all food packaged separately in smaller bags of 25 each.
The food was rock solid when it arrived and there was no smell at all.
The sizes of most of it were also quite generous compared to what I've bought from a number of different pet stores and the quality excellent.
Will definitely be buying from Frozen Reptile again.

Everything turned up in prime condition within 5 minutes of the hour delivery slot. No waiting all day for your parcel. Couldn't recommend them enough

Well I am guessing they were scummy as they went down fast. Very clean and healthly looking mice.
