Order received on time and still frozen! Great!

Disappointed with slow delivery on latest order!!!

hi i recently put in a very large order with frozen reptile, chose my despatch date 4/ 11/13, turned up 8/11/13 been in for 3 days afraid to move ruined my holiday, after a few emails to dan it finally got sorted, the quality of food excellent, delivery company brilliant kept me well informed , i may order again but they will have to inform me when they have dispatched

tried a few frozen reptile sites this has by far been the most efficient & the most reasonably priced. will carry on using them hopefully they will continue to provide the good service that l received.

This is only the second time I have used Frozen reptile, and I really cannot complain! So far I believe I'll be a loyal customer :)

Really fast delivery good information givern well use them again

It was very easy to order and delivered on time, but as it was delivered to a company for use in the Science labs, we could have done with some stickers on the package to identify it was frozen goods. It sat in the post room for a couple of hours as nobody knew what it was and there were no signs from where it had been posted from.

This is the first time I have had frozen rodents delivered, so was unsure what to expect. I chose frozen reptile on recommendation of others and was not disappointed. The order arrived at the stated time, still completely frozen and each size product in easy to use labeled bags. I will definitely use them again.

Firstly i have sent an email. And my partner sent a msg on facebook. Our order was sent a day late because the delivery driver tried the wrong house. As a result by the time we got it, it was fully defrosted and had to go in the bin as i wouldnt refreeze, we was going to make it a monthly order but am not to happy that the money we spent was wasted.

Have used frozen reptile for the last year after looking for a decent supplier of rats and after the first order I received I knew I would be ordering again. The rats are always clean and correct size great product and service well reccomended !

This is a great service and recommend it to all who loves reptiles.

Ordering process = simple .. delivery time = perfect .. sizes of rats etc as described (nothing worse than expecting a certain size and getting half the size when it arrives) .. everything still frozen when unpacked. Overall = great!

This ordering process for this company is very easy. Love the fact you can choose your delivery date. Received text message updates on where my parcel was and on delivery date for a text with the hot spot for delivery which was very helpful. The mice I ordered were good quality and size. Very pleased and have and will continue to recommend to others
