Although the wrong good were despatched through a simply picking error, after a single phone call and an email the correct goods were sent to arrive the following day so relatively painless. Would encourage me to order again.

The cables allow for the safe crossing of the magic dancing pixies from the wall socket to my confuser. I didn't go for the coloured versions, we stuck to the grey incase the pixies wondered what the hell was going on.

Good value for money
Good value for money. The fibre optic cable arrived as expected and looks very good. We haven’t installed it yet as awaiting BT feed?!?!

I wouldn't expect any friction with a reputable supplier. I think you should offer a cheaper delivery option, perhaps Royal Mail for small packages - your only option added 75% to the cost of my purchase.

Good ordering, poor delivery
Online order was quick and simple, order fulfilment was less than spectacular. Cable arrived over 24hr late and we had issues with the sales team reclaiming our "24Hr" postage charges.
