Great choice, fast delivery - can't fault them!

Confused by invoice number 12345, is it hardcoded. Cables look good quality, but had issues trying to remove it from the wall socket once in.

Excellent service however delivery charge is high.

I've used Fruity Cables for bulk business orders of cables twice and have been very satisfied both times. One order arrived very quickly after ordering, and the other after going missing in the post (through no fault of Fruity Cables) they worked swiftly to resolve the issue and resend the cables. Great company who i really recommend.

Good range of items with keen prices. Stock levels also good. Delivery as promised.

Ordering process was very straight forward, price was excellent, delivery was fast, arriving sooner than promised. Quality seems fine, but only time will tell.

I paid for 1-3 working days and they arrived on day 5 at which point I had to pay another 31 pounds which I was not happy about

I never written a bad review, as it's not worth it, but this company pushed every button and left me no choice.

Created an order for over £550 for an important IT cabling project on a deadline, which arrived several days later. Great well, when I opened the box I found that several key items were missing such as tools to create cables. I asked for 25 x 0.5m patch cables and received 25 x 5m cables instead to wire up a cabinet with. I also received 2 different shades of blue cables 0.5m & 1.0m. Completely unacceptable. To add to this, the picking list or receipt in the box had been marked as order complete, which was a blatant lie and was confirmed later on by a manager.

After complaining several times to their very laid back (cant be bothered) customer service team, they simply fobbed me off with excuses and said they would call back, which they didn't. After spending over 2 hours chasing, I eventually got through to a Manager whom promised to get this resolved by the end of November 2016 - its now January 2017 an still waiting for my missing items to arrive. I have left emails, messages and voicemails but keep getting mugged off.

From start to finish this whole purchase experience has been a disaster, from the bottom of their staffing chain to the top. Even when they realised they have lied and treated a customer this way, they still couldn't be bothered to salvage anything from this sale or from a potential European account.

I would stress that a company like this doesn't deserve to be trading or have the privilege of being in the service industry, very sad...
