Fantastic service as all FSB services are. Helpful, thorough and professional.

I find it unfathomable that another small business would choose to deliberately not pay our invoice. We tried the polite, friendly reminder approach and nothing.
However, as an FSB Member with access to FSB legal resources, I was able to use a formal template letter to help me. Whilst, there was no further communication from the business owner (and no apology), in less than an hour, the invoice was paid. Thank you FSB!

Minutes after I filled in the form on the website I received a phone call from FSB. After a brief conversation I decided to join them. Now, almost a week later I have already used the Legal Hub and also had introductory 1 hour call explaining all the benefits of memebership (Thank you Justin). FSB is really well organised. So far I'm very impressed. Thank you.

Just got the information in ChatGPT about FSB. I connected online and also attended the meeting that was held at British Library. Personally I felt that It would be like a conference where some person will give advice. But its entirely different, Its a platform where others can interact with Us and vice Versa. Great support from the staff and once again thanks to FSB.

Just came of another fantastic meeting with the FSB this time at Berkshire. One of the beauties of FSB is not only do you get to attend a load of meetings for your annual membership, you also get a load of helpful services from Health Care, Insurance, and other similar benefits, you also get a voice on behalf of Small Businesses in Government.

FSB offer bespoke, hands-on advice for all areas of business. Great resources and informative webinars in so many areas enable me to level-up my business. Thank you FSB!

Networking wise, such a fantastic group, often see new faces - new members as well as visitors. I've not been able to make it to any for a couple of months due to ill health, but first time back and it was like i never left!

I've not had to utilise the services as yet, but I think this may be changing so I'm grateful that I have this available.

I had joined in 2022 and had let my membership lapse, I won't be doing that again. The benefits, and support offered, from compliance to insurance to payroll to training is really comprehensive and more than worth the annual subscription.

FSB is the most worth while membership any business owner can have. Having rejoined, the services, support and protection they offer is all you need, not to mention the cost savings. Policies, staff contracts templates easy to download.
Justin spent over an hour familiarising me with the site making me realise how much more I could get from the membership.

I’ve just renewed my membership- three years now but been self employed for much longer. FSB is the best backup and guide you need when launching your own venture. Any questions and up to date legal advice is a phone call away.
