The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. I went there to buy some parts as I don't need service from them because I know how to fix it my bike. They did not want sell parts for me if I don't live my bike. Very expensive, customer service rubbish they treated me like i am stupid. I wish to give minus 5*️⃣ but unfortunately I can not.
I was hoping to support a local business, as I live in the area, but I will certainly never be going there again.

Best bike shop in London!!! Great customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Especially Chris and Andrew are the best support always. I have been using this shop since 2012 and they are the go-to bike shop. Never have I experienced such an amazing service elsewhere. I bought my bikes there. Last year I had a serious issue with my bike. It was referred to the manufacturer but due to Covid not much could have been done due to lack of spare parts delivery. To my surprise, Chris kindly offered me a new bike to use until my own bike is fixed and ready. It took a few months and finally the manufacturer sent a new frame. I have heard car companies provide replacement cars, but not bike shops. The fudge Bike in Chiswick is unique. They know how to deliver 5star service. I recommend this bike shop to all!!! Thank you guys!

Great potential customer (myself) experience last weekend at the Epsom store. Was looking at a high end touring bike which I realise now is beyond my budget in the present climate. But I would just like to comment on the great, friendly and professional experience at the store received from all the staff. No doubt everyone has an off day, lucky for me they were all on form and it’s appreciated.

I can't allow a review that hinges on a quote that wasn't taken up to sit up here on top of the reviews. In my experience, Fudges under-promise and over deliver. I was quoted 250 for a much needed overhaul, to take 5-7 days. I got it back 2 days later paid 100 less and when I rode it yesterday it felt as good as new. Proof of the pudding. Thank you to Fudges.
Very bad experience
I was appalled by my experience at Fudge’s. I was told the price for a full service, and received a receipt stating that price. When I arrived to pick up my bike, I was asked to pay a different, higher price. I asked why, and I was then told that this was because the brake cables had to be replaced, which the very same person had told me would be included in the cost of the service.
I was very unhappy with this, as the price was clear when I booked the service, so attempting to raise it at the point of payment smacks of sharp practice. The attitude of the salesman also left a great deal to be desired.
I was hoping to support a local business, as I live in the area, but I will certainly never be going there again.
Bikes are ok, customer service is not
I ordered online. They have prepared the order on time but when we went to the store to collect , they did not explain anything to us ( how to set up , fold etc) just tried to get rid of us as quickly as possible. Whenever we tried to ask question we are replied with very short answers. It was an interesting experience to be honest, I do not want to go there again. Other than the attitude at the store, it was ok. In addition accessories are expensive you can find same items cheaper if you search more. As a first time bike buyer in UK i am not satisfied with the experience overall. 3 stars are for the promptness of order preparation.

Bad experience from online order
after order the bike, there was no contact or confirmation email from the company and I need to call more than 10 times to get through with them.
the collection store does not contact me when I can collect the bike, so I need to contact them and the manager told me that I will inform you tomorrow. tomorrow comes nothing has come until I sent a message what is going on.
the service is very much reactive, it is very unreliable place to order online.

I ordered a Topeak child seat which seemed to be sold out or back ordered everywhere I looked. Fudges had it in stock and ready for collection the next day. The guys in the shop were great!
