Bike still not arrived.

Still waiting after 10 days and being reassured when I called after a week and a few days later that the bike was going to be delivered that day.

My experience here is not so positive

My experience here is not so positive. I ordered a bike and pay for it and the order was cancelled two days later.They had no more bikes which makes a joke of the stock keeping.I rang before ordering online to check that there was stock and was confirmed.
Equally, speaking to the store in Paddington is a painful act.Its not easy and they are not helpful.You feel like you bother, which is not nice, when you just need some info. no more.
Customer service then can be improved

Above and beyond our expectations…

We recently purchased two bikes for holiday touring.
They were very thorough and talked us through all options available spending a long time to help us get the best bikes for our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and they really gave an excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend to visit them and have a chat before purchasing any bike. So helpful and professional.

A trusted online cycle shop

Recently bought a Specialized Roubaix Comp from Fudges. Package was delivered on the date promised. Following unpacking, I found the gearing not to be 100%. My local bike shop identified a relatively minor manufacturing cable defect. Fudges were good enough to refund me the cost of the work necessary. Thank you!

Terrible, avoid

Ordered a Brompton toolkit from Fudges. It didn't arrive as the post office in my town closed for refurbishment so they sent all their parcels back. Fine, not Fudges' fault. However when according to the tracking number the toolkit had arrived back to Fudges they refused to refund me, claiming they hadn't received the parcel... They then ignored any of my further emails. I pointed out they were in breach of the law, and informed I would request a charge back through paypal, after which I finally received my refund. Thank goodness I paid by PayPal.

A week or so later the courier company contacted me. They wanted my side of the story, because as it turned out Fudges was claiming they had sent 3 x the item to my address, and was trying to claim back 3 x the money...!

Inline with consumer law we did not breach any laws

We sent a full refund in good faith not from a request through paypal.

Great prices and great service.

I ordered one bike online and was told that they could move a few things to make sure I could collect the bike at a convenient time. I then changed my mind about the bike I had ordered and was given a full refund immediately with no hesitation. I then ordered another bike which was more suitable and the service has been great so far.

Both of the bikes I ordered were current models and cheaper at Fudges than anywhere else.

Super helpful guys at the Paddington…

Super helpful guys at the Paddington Store - went in on a Saturday afternoon and took an electric Brompton out for a spin. The chaps in there are amazingly friendly and helpful. Can't fault them. No pressure to buy at all. I ended up ordering online and then picking up in the same store. Bike was ready to go - got a tutorial about all the bits and they also helped teach me how to fold and in fold for about 30 mins!!

Thank you so much - really rare to find such friendly and good service these days. Look forward to returning for serving etc

Quality Maxi Micro Scooter

Well packaged and very reasonably priced.

We are a very small family busy trying to survive against the giants of Amazon etc .

The product was in a brand new sealed box from the manufacturer we dont make the product we sent it to you at the lowest price online. Sadly there was a minor problem with product.

We requested for you send the product back and within hours of receiving the product back we fully refunded your order. We also answered the phone to you're wife and told her the refund was happening that day for her. Both of these dont happen with most online suppliers inc Amazon and John Lewis so quickly or even have a number to call.

I am sorry you dont find our service levels acceptable
