Cheap bike. I don’t think so.

I thought I had bought myself a cheap electric bike. Purchase went through, but later in the day money was refunded without any explanation or contact. I had to contact them to find out what was going on. The item was priced incorrectly on their website. No apology, just accept that it was. I found them rude and obnoxious. I certainly wouldn’t recommend.

I am also disappointed we cant sell this bike for £2005 off the RRP price (91%) the bike sale price should of been and has been updated to £1950 a zero missing from the £195. Sadly mistakes happen we are only human.
I was going to call you yesterday but you chose not to leave a phone number on your order . So we left a note on your paypal refund. I am sorry for the confusion

Purchased a child's scooter

Purchased a child's scooter - cheapest price I could find online (much cheaper than Amazon) and came with free delivery. To top things off it arrived the next day! Very impressed.

Helpful over the phone before ordering

Helpful over the phone before ordering. Raleigh Motus Tour was well priced and delivered in stated time frame. No faults with the bike, but too early to judge performance.

Micro mini scooter

I bought a micro mini scooter and emailed a question in advance after reading poor reviews. Answers were very prompt. Ordering was easy, i received an update, fast shipping and a perfect item. Very happy with it. Only slight issue was the box was a little battered in the delivery but the price was so good i found it easy to overlook.

Would recommend

Went to the Maida Vale store for a flat tire. Don't know how, but bicycle feels much easier to ride than ever before. Prices are competitive.

If you need a quick fix, I would recommend enquiring before you arrive as they seem to be quite busy in general. I didn't do so and had to wait about an hour, which was fine for the quality of the service received

Fudge cycles- micro scooter

I ordered a micro scooter as it was the best deal I found online, the order confirmation was confirmed quickly and delivery details followed within day or so, the item was delivered promptly and without issue.

I would happily use Fudge cycle again in the future.

Recommended!

Quick delivery, and the bike looks exactly like the description promised - shining and ready to put on the road! My only slight complaint would be the lack of information about it being dispatched, or how to track it... But as I said, it arrived promptly so I'm saying it more to encourage future customers not to worry if they don't immediately hear about their deliveries!
