Ordered a micro mini deluxe scooter and what arrived was clearly a used second hand scooter. The box had scribble all over it and wasn’t sealed and The scooter had scuffs. I called and the guy I spoke to was rather rude and abrupt on the phone saying I was getting a good deal as it was £70. I didn’t pay for a second hand scooter!! In the end he knocked £15 off which wasn’t enough in my opinion but couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of sending back. From reading reviews on here it appears this hasn’t been the first time this company have tried getting away with selling used goods! Appalling!

My bike (Specialized Rockhopper pro) arrived in very good time, it was very well protected during transit . The bike was partially dismantled for delivery, but easily assembled.
overall I’m really pleased with my purchase and the service. Fudges cycles were also offering the most competitive price for this bike online....

I struggled to find a company that would send an e bike to Jersey.

From the first contact I had with Fudge nothing was a problem and they arranged to send the goods with no hassle, despite me knowing this would not be easy.

When I placed my order the website said the item was in stock. A week later no dispatch notice, so I fired off an email. Turns out the item was not in stock but should be in another week.

I wouldn’t have minded if they had been proactive and advised me of the delay before I chased them.
