The product arrived safely and most of all, I am very satisfied with the quick delivery. I'm going to order from here again.

Very quick delivery. Good choice of product at a very good competitive price. No hesitation in recommending company and would use them again. The only criticism I have is that I didn't receive a despatch notification. I have checked my spam folder and haven't missed anything. This is not a deal breaker - order came within 3 days so no problem.

Very poor customer service from this shop
Worst service from this shop of all the online dealers. Second time for me that Fudges hasn’t had the irems in stock when they indicate on the website that they do. After the items weren’t dispatched on one-day service I had to write to them first to find this out - they didn’t deign to inform me themselves that they didn’t have the stock. Lesson learned: don’t ever believe that they have stock available when they indicate availability on the website.

Not the worst experience but...
Ordered latest model of a bike which their website said was in stock. Had to chase them up after hearing nothing for 7 days. It turned out they only had a previous model in stock. After 7 weeks of waiting and still no date for new models delivery (suppliers fault not fudges). Fudges then offered me a reasonable discount on the old model (only reason I’ve given them 3 stars). When I asked them the difference between the new model and the one they had in stock they said there was a small difference on the frame design. However when it arrived there were at least 2 other components on the new model which weren’t on mine. Wouldn’t recommend or use them again.
In response to Fudges reply: I originally bought the latest model on your website for £850 and you sold me the older model for £700 so not sure where you got £300 discount from. I wasn’t that unhappy with the other bike, just that the service should have been better for what is a considerable amount of money to me.

3 stars is about right. Initial order was unsuitable for my bike, due to advertising error, and in any case lacked fittings necessary. Adrian was very helpful in advising on return/refund process, as these were not included either. He also offered to research an appropriate alternative product. I would not let the overall experience prevent me considering future purchases from this dealer.

Price was best I could find and then they delivered to the Isle of Man for a not too excessive charge and got it there in 48 hours.

Non-existent communication
I bought two items, I received no communication or response to my communication regarding them, they decided to cancel 1 of the items for no reason I am aware of and refund it. Received the other item fine. Not a bad experience just seriously lacking in communication.
