Quick and easy order.
Great child’s bike.

Placed order as it showed available on t’internet ,took a week for them to say sorry not got one , didn’t say if they would be getting any in , funds were returned ok but it would have been better to say whether they would be getting the item in again

Somehow my son had managed to lodge the handle bar of his brother’s brand new scooter whilst trying to open it up, after floods of tears from my younger son, I took the scooter to Fudges (Harrow rd) and within minutes they fixed it for me AND not only did they do it FREE OF CHARGE but I received a service with a SMILE! What more could you ask for! Thank you guys!

Good service.I bought online, it arrived soon but to wrong address. I checked with store and they confirmed I had given my work address for delivery but they had passed on my home address to delivery company but were very apologetic.
No pedals with bike, again I phoned store and they confirmed it was not supposed to come with pedals, feel this could have been made clearer on website. Website itself seems to give different level of detail for different bikes.
On both occasions I have called the store I have had very helpful and professional service.

The item I was searching for was in stock the size and colour was what I wanted no sooner had I paid the item arrived in super quick time and was packaged extremely well if you need a part and want it fast I strongly recommend fudgescycles

I am writing this review after one month how I bought bicycle in Fudges Ciclyng Online and I would like hightly reccommend this shop to all. I have received my bicycle throught 5 days after buying fully prepared for cycling. I am fully satisfied my purchase after 1 month of using. Thank you very much.

Excellent, good value bike, delivered quickly and on time.

The price was good and the goods arrived promptly (SRAM RED22). However I found the Web Site very confusing, hopefully the problems have now been sorted. Namely I was unable to deselect no stock items, when I phoned I was told the product was sold as a full group set and I would be charged more for individual components. When this was sorted out, the final basket didn't contain the correct number of ordered items. I phoned again and was told some components were linked to others - namely Chainsets and Bottom Brackets and as the Chainset was O/S and I had deselected it that the BB was also Deselected.

Can't fault them, great service.

What can I say about the service I got from the Harrow Road shop......
from my first enquiry to leaving with a lovely new Moulton TSR30 it was first class.Being able to ask questions and have straight forward honest answers gave confidence that the journey from the West Country was well worth it. Most important was the fact that they honoured the price.

A TSR27 was readily available to test to see if the ride was as expected.....plush.

Mudguards and rear rack were already fitted, it only needed the harder 'Race' spring to be fitted and the bike was ready. A demonstration of separating the bike followed and the bike was stowed in the Moulton bags ready for transport.
Carrying the bike on the tube and overground train presented little problem as did the return journey by train to the West Country.
All in all a very good bike buying experience, and I would readily recommend buying a bike from Fudges....service second to none and all the staff are brilliant.
A huge well done and thank you for all the help.
PS First rides in Cornwall left a huge grin on my face.... TSR30...........Love It !!!
