We went to Full Circle Travel in Wallingford on the off chance of getting a last minute deal to 'somewhere hot'. It was mid afternoon on the Wednesday and we wanted to fly out on the Friday. Niall, the MD, was extremely helpful and within minutes had found a destination that matched our requirements except that we had to fly out on the Saturday rather than the Friday. The great thing about this holiday was that Niall had been to the island of Kefalonia with his family and was able to share with us places to visit and what to expect.Travel arrangements, the overnight hotel at Gatwick, airline tickets were all handle in a calm and professional manner. A great holiday made even more stress free by Niall. We'll certainly use Full Travel again and have already mentioned them to my family

This is the first time I have used Full Circle, as I have always booked through Club Med web site before. I found Jacky extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she always answered my emails immediately, and I think she got us an amazing deal.

We have used Full Circle Travel many times and have always been very, very pleased with the service. They find the exact resort and hotel that suites us, the pre booking and booking arrangements are perfect and post holiday attention is good. They are very genuine and you feel that your pleasure is their interest. When we wish to visit a place but don't quite know how to accomplish it they always have the right suggestion.

Recently on a trip to Rome everything from lounge passes; special boarding; extra leg room seats;private taxi and fabulously chic hotel were all booked for us. Even the pre booked tours we wanted were organised.

Really, we cannot fault them, whatever our travel needs are. Thanks

From first wandering into Full Circle to arrange a surprise holiday for my husband, not really knowing what I wanted, I was met with nothing but confident friendly advise, and having now completed our holiday, I can confirm that everything was exactly as it should have been.
Everybody I dealt with was only too happy to help, including the 'hands on' M.D., Niall. Not being a seasoned traveller, I had lots of questions, all of which were answered without any fuss, I was never made to feel I was being a pest, although I thought I was.
I cannot reccoment Full Circle Travel highly enough, and will certainly be returning to them next time I go travelling.

Not just holidays, any travel arrangements. I recently messed up a flight from Spain back to the UK. One call to Nial, told him the problem, 15 minutes later he called and said he was holding a seat for me to get home. Now that is service.

I have known and used FCT for many years and they have always come up trumps. Nothing is too much trouble and you feel like a person as opposed to a number on some internet web site.

I have just come back from Barbados and their tour operator couldn't of been more helpful.

Full Circle travel is a gem. Small and independent, personal and caring.
Give them a challenge, large or small, and they rise to it, coming up with at least one, but often several, solutions to choose from. They win here big time because online sites don't give you all the options.
I'd recommend them to anyone.
We will shortly be going back to book a tailor made trip to Australia.

Fantastic views, good skiing and perfect organisation......no worries! Basic accommodation, but as you are out all the time, all you need is a place to sleep!

Wanted to book online, but Full Circle Travel were cheaper. Add in the excellent team (who returned emails and booked things during evenings and weekends) and you really can't go wrong. A personal service that included a personalised get well card when my wife broke her leg on a skiing holiday. Have booked twice with them and would not hesitate to book again.

Have just returned from a week skiing in the French alps. All booked via Full Circle where the whole team ensured the trip went without a hitch. It is the small details that make a trip perfect, the right timed flights, sensible swift transfers and finding the perfect room. Full Circle Travel is an excellent travel agent. I received a first class service. Everything was organised very promptly and I didn't have to think about anything. I booked a return flight to Amercia and the prices were as cheap as the cheapest prices I could obtain on the Internet. So I received competitive prices and all the hassle of booking on the internet was taken away from me. I would use Full Circle Travel for any journey abroad I was thinking of taking and I would recommend anyone to book their travel through Full Circle Travel. I hope that I will have an opportunity to use them again.

I was looking for advice in finding a kid-friendly skiing holiday, making a step up from our regular Esprit destination of the past to somewhere a little more geared towards slightly older children. Jacky at Full Circle gave lots of very knowledgable, honest advice and help on various resorts and companies, helping us to settle on Club Med in Peisey Vallandry. Her recommendation was spot on. Will certainly book with Full Circle again.

4th year in a row that i have dealt with Kate. Each year it has been so easy to book our Hols with her. We simply tell her what our needs are, and she always comes up trumps, She always contacts us after our holidays, and this time she is assisting me with an accident claim, with a "No Problem" attitude. I was introduced to this company via a friend last year, I booked a ski holiday and the service was first class. No problems and Niall rang me before our vacation to check if we had any further instructions, did we require parking, hotels etc. He rang before and after the holiday to check eveything was going smoothly and for feedback on the holiday. I felt very confident in their approach and when I rang two days before I was due to leave with a small problem it was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction.
