We ordered a Kent sofa bed which was made to order. The quality and design were excellent and yet it wasn’t pricey. Delivered promptly by the company rather than a courier so the drivers were able to assemble it for us. They were very pleasant and helpful. Altogether a very good experience, I would definitely recommend this company.

I was keen obviously to make sure my teenager's futon was supportive enough. I was very impressed with the time taken to discuss the various options.

Everything arrived quickly, was mercifully simple to assemble and she loves her new grown-up bed.

Excellent service. I had a slightly unusual delivery issue and Funkyfuton sorted it without any fuss. Assembly was straightforward. The futon is also lovely. What was really gratifying was that the website photos did it justice. Everyone has experienced the disappointment of buying something on the web and finding the reality didn’t match the online pictures. In this case the futon was better in reality than it looked on the computer.

Really helpful company, ordered wrong size cover. They spotted my mistake. Then supplied me with bigger cover for the same price as the small one. Great quality too

These are not proper futon mattresses. I paid extra for the additional layers and it still has no support or density. It’s more like a thick cushion for occasion use rather than an everyday mattress.

Review of Edinburgh Sofabed after a few months. Still very satisfied with comfort and build quality, would definitely order again. Not the cheapest but quality like this never is. Order process, communication, delivery all were faultless.

One minor constructive criticism. Assembly instructions could show larger, clearer pictures. Please consider spreading them over a few more pages. But you do offer the option of free assembly, so this is really trivial

I'm really happy with my Nepal bed overall. The whole process of choosing, delivering and setting up was simple and easy and there was someone there at the end of the phone / email throughout, making it feel like a nicer, more friendly and personable experience than just buying from a big manufacturer. I feel very confident that my bed is good quality and have slept really well since. I suppose the only small downside was that it took a few weeks to be delivered from when I ordered it - but I understand there are limitations with delivering when it's a small family company so I was happy to wait.
