Been using these guys for a while, and had no issues whatsoever. Don't know quite what some others are moaning about! In fact, when I left an item in my cart because I saw it cheaper elsewhere, I got an email offering to sell me the game even cheaper - can't really grumble.

These guys also offer regular coupon codes which can take prices down by quite a bit, so always worth checking out.

Pre ordered a Steam game but got it 2 days after release.
They didn´t add the key to my order and i had to write a mail.
Even the time when they should have added the key was a day after release.

But often good prices.

I purchased a Steam game and the key was delivered within 5 minutes. Would certainly order there again.

I received my digital order 7 hours after I purchased it.

They claim my purchase was sent to their "Freud" (fraud) department. What they mean by this is they "randomly selected" my order and placed it on hold, until it could be reviewed. They say this was done for my own protection, yet I am already protected by other means, so it was completely unnecessary and a waste of my time and their resources.

The company manually updates their orders. What this means is if you order something while the company is asleep, you will have to wait hours for them to wake up and check a box so that you can receive your item. Completely unacceptable service. People sell eBooks on their personal websites and they are capable of providing instant downloads. I understand the need to verify with paypal, but come on. Paypal verified my order in 5 or 10 minutes. I don't want to wait for your team to wake up and click a button to send me my purchase. This is the 21st century. I will not buy outside their business hours in the future.

Ordered an item cd-key that any valid company would send instantly (hence why people want digital downloads.) Hit by the 'random' On Hold status which is supposed to be done within minutes but has taken 3 and a half hours by now. A site that gives you a heavily negative experience.

Paid them at a reasonable time but was put "on hold" until the next morning for no reason. Similar sites usually give you a key in minutes for a similar price.

I have ordered 2 copies of "The Division" for a fair price (38€ each).
I sent some questions to the support team and they answered fast.

I knew this web store a few months ago and it has good prizes and offers and is easy buy here. It's all ok for me for now.
