Funstock Digital did not deliver Mafia III pre-order and does not respond to emails about the matter. Had to escalate to a PayPal Claim. Avoid this shop.

Mostly good
I ordered a UPlay code for Assassin's Creed Syndicate, however it did not arrive instantly and I had to contact customer support. The first code did not work but they later sent me another that did. Despite this, the customer support treated me well for the most part and responded quickly the first time I contacted them. I don't know if I'd recommend ordering the same item, but in general my experience was decent.
Late delivery, website failed
Delivery of digital key was late. When I was told that they were available, the website was down.

Decent game seller
Great sales from time to time, didn't have any issues with my orders.
Excellent
Customer support was quite good and helpul all the time. I bought many items from this company and i will continue to do so in a future.
Great Games!
I Bought Risen 3 awhile ago during a sale. I purchased the game, and received a code within seconds. Everything went well!
Xcom 1 Full Pack
Best price for this package from the Internet offers for the moment when I just want to play.
So, I am fully satisfied.
Good experience only
I'm quite surprised by the bad reviews, because I've bought about 8-10 keys in total from Funstockdigital and the keys always were up in 1-2 minutes after payment and not a single duplicate. Haven't made any preorder in there, so can't talk about that case, but keys for games t hat are not pre-ordered always came quickly with Steam instruction and the site seems very intuitive.
No Problems
Absolutely smooth experience - bought the game, code arrived promptly, steam gave me no issues. Very happy with my experience
Sold a defective product, and refused to refund. Untrustworthy and unprofessional.
Paid for pre-release Fallout 4, advertised available on release day. It was not available release day from them, so I bought it elsewhere. They refuse to offer a refund despite many requests. Where I come from there is a phrase to describe when someone sells you a lemon and won't refund your money. There probably is where you're from, too, but apparently if I use that phrase I'll be reported by FSD and endlessly harassed for it. Just lovely people, highly recommended you avoid these obviously highly ethical people. Unless you like losing time and money, in which case this is the place for you!
Failed to deliver pre-order key
Pre-ordered a copy of Fallout 4 from them and didn't get it as their site went into 'maintenance'. Gave up in the end and ordered a key from GreenManGaming, which was delivered instantly

Not worth the small amount you would save.
I opened an account with Funstock Digital in order to save £5 when buying Star Wars Battlefront. Firstly they sent me a key which had already been used and after asking for a new key, (I was quite happy to carry on using them at the time thinking it was a simple mistake on their behalf) I received no correspondence from them until 24 hours later AFTER I put in a claim dispute with Paypal. I was then advised I would be sent new codes. After another 24 hours of no correspondence whatsoever (and two more e-mails from me to their "support" team) I then asked Paypal to run with my claim in order for me to get my money back. Now, in fairness to them they did return my money to me within an hour of my claim being brought forward by Paypal but it should not have got that far in the first place. If you check the Twitter feed for Funstock Digital you will see I am not the first person to have issues with them on this and it is a very bad business model to follow for first time customers. My first and last time I will use them.

Keys before launch [Fallout 4]
Moved this since I posted on their parent company by mistake......
Even tho they said they would make sure we got our fallout 4 keys before launch I never got it, I was first able to retrieve my key 6 hours AFTER launch. They even kept saying send us a email (they never responded and when they did, they just said go to your account. BUT THE WEBSITE WAS DOWN!)
The experience talks for itself pretty much.

Inadequate Servers / Customer Service
[Originally Published November 9th, 2015 on the Funstock review page (Funstockdigital's parent company) - Funstock reported it for being the "wrong company"]
It's currently the day before launch for Fallout 4, and despite having received an email saying my Key is finally available (other retailers having sent out keys up to 2 days earlier) their site is entirely inaccessible due to increased traffic and their evidently inadequate servers.
Their twitter claims that if you contact their customer service via email and ask for them to send you your key that they'll do so - but reading through users having done that (again, on twitter) it seems that their customer service is instead copy & pasting a generic response about how customers can access their keys by logging in to their website. Which, again, is completely down and inaccessible.
This was my first and last purchase from Funstock Digital and I would highly recommend any competitor over these guys. I'm sure they're trying their best, but when their best is this abysmal, that doesn't count for much.
Nothing against them personally, but competition being what it is they need to step up their game or go under.

Sloppy and Risky for Pre-Orders
Not the first time they have had problems with pre-orders, but as I am writing this, their Digital sight for software is down and has been down for at least 3 hours and today is the day they promised to release Fallout 4 Pre-Order keys, after postponing them from the release they were supposed to do Friday. It is about 12 hours from unlock of the game and the keys still have not gone out. I managed to get my key by calling their customer support phone number and demanding key or refund, as well as starting a Claim process on Paypal, but they claimed all three times I called them that the keys are in the process of being sent out, two and a half hours after my first call, my key still has not arrived in email.
I may use them in the future for games that are already out, when their price simply can't be beat, but they will never get a pre-order from me again.
