Furnished Uk is an excellent company with good quality products,prices and aftercare.Mary has also been a conscientious communicator in the support team. I noticed they have outdoor products too,such as post boxes.Thx.Can be found on EBay too.

I cannot fault Furnished for their service and blinds . Ashley in particular is a credit to the company. She’s always helping order or explaining options and coming up with solutions. The blinds are good quality and very easy to put up. They come quickly and are well packaged. Price is so much cheaper and they are made in Uk!!

Great quality roller blinds that were easy to fit, customer services were great when I had to change a size and arrived quicker than expected. would recommend.

I bought some of the blackout blinds from this company. My wife is really pleased. We availed of the free alteration service, and they were all cut perfectly to fit my windows. Really happy and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Received a damaged blind, had paid a workman to fit it which was impossible, this company are NOT interested in customer service and do not even have the good grace to reply to customer emails and are patronising on the phone when you call up to resolve the issue!

Im happy with these blinds. The quality is good for the price and they are easy to install. Their customer service was helpful when I had a small issue. So, I would definitely recommend it..

The venetion blinds were ordered for the whole house and received within 3 days. The quality was excellent to expected. A slight problem with one damaged and a size difference but the customer service was exceptionally great as these were rectified within 3 days delivery of the replacements. Fitting was easy and all look great at the windows. I would recommend them to others looking for blinds. Happy New Year to Furnished. Clive Telford.

Avoid this company I have had so much trouble sending blinds back and getting a refund I have had to involve Amazon do not purchase from this company as you will experience great difficulty in getting a refund they need to be removed from Amazon and other sites

A Holes, blind damaged, if they had packed it properly it wouldn’t have happened, incompetence beyond belief.

B&Q should remove these from their website.

Terrible quality. Bought through BQ. Threads all down one side roller blind keep catching and snagging. Suspect blind cut down.
Rolling blind winder insert loose on both ends and poor fit. So loose. Don’t expect the blind to last very long time. Wast of money.

I paid for 10 roller blinds and only received 4, all of which arrived in opened boxes. This is completely unacceptable. Not only is part of my order missing, but the items that did arrive look tampered with. I expect full accountability from this company – either send the rest of my order immediately or issue a refund for the missing items. I won’t let this go unnoticed.

I bought a roller blind from B&Q (supplied by Furnished) and it was delivered by Evri on 15 March 2025. When delivered it was in a badly bent box and the blind inside was snapped. I complained to Evri and was told to get back to B&Q. I filled out the contact seller online form twice (once on 15th and one on 22nd March) and had no response either time (should have had a response within 48hours). So I called B&Q and they said they would write to Furnished and I should get a response from Furnished within 48hours. That was on the 29th March and I still have not had a response 4 days later. The blind was ordered and delivered to my parents (who are both nearly 80) and this has caused them undue stress. It's not an experience I want to repeat so will be avoiding both B&Q and Furnished in future!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THROUGH B&Q IF IT IS A FURNISHED PRODUCT. THEY USE UPS DELIVERY WHO ARE BEYOND INCOMPETANT AND YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR ITEM.

I brought from B&Q but sold by Furnished. I was hesitant because of the reviews on here yet the reviews on amazon were great.
It was cut to the correct size of 230cms and fits my window perfectly with no sag in the middle.

Delivered within 2 days of purchase and was double boxed for protection.

I felt the need to share my experience after reading these reviews.. Top Class experience both product quality, delivery and support. I have purchased 5 x blinds all excellent quality and amazing price as I have looked around. Recommended this company to family and friends and they too have experienced 5 star service. I made a big error on my first and measured incorrectly... Mary at their customer service was a superstar and sorted for me. I look at reviews although some people are hard to please. Excellent quality... great price and service from me.

This service is not well. My blinds was cut to short but I didnt ask for cut !!! Was cu buy not hot knife and left treads. Instructiin is not full. Still I dont know how put blocker ? Mechanism is moving ( tourn around)

I ordered a blackout roller blind, cut to width. After ordering, I received an email asking me to confirm the width; I did this and it was quickly acknowledged. The blind was sent the next working day and is exactly as expected, the correct width and – importantly – works as a blackout. I ordered on Saturday and received the blind today - Wednesday.

bought 4 blinds for conservatory needed another 4 to finish off the job, been out of stock for 4 months , pathetic service
