I ordered a bed base from Furnishop. The website was easy to navigate even for a luddite. The email confirmation gave the probable delivery date. I was contacted when the bedbase was due to be delivered and it arrived spot on time.
The delivery person was polite, friendly and helpful. The bed base was as described and even the assembly instructions were helpful.

Swan Sleigh Bed Navy.
Our, bed arrived, we bought the Swan Sleigh Bed, it is absolutely beautiful well made fantastic colour the Navy, with the crystal studs. Easy to put together one ring spanner needed, I already had. The bed is heavy well made and need 2 people to lift, the headboard especially if upstairs. The delivery driver dropped off the bed at the front door. Packaged. The Bed is beautiful, strong and good value. 👍

As soon as i ordered online I received an email confirming the order and payment. The very next day I received a phone call to check delivery was okay for the following morning!
So ordered Monday daughter was led on it by Wednesday lunchtime! Very pleased

Divan bases from Furnishop
Ordered two divan bases, communication was speedy and delivery was sooner than I expected. Beds are strong and nicely covered. Delivery was made by one person, so delivery was into the hall of my property. Delivery driver was pleasant and phoned before arriving, which is very helpful. One bed had damage to the frame, this was dealt with very quickly, the damaged frame was taken away and a replacement was provided at the same time. Definitely recommend Furnishop.

Jas was very helpful. My sons bed arrived damaged and he sorted out a return and replacement hassle free for me and because of the inconvenience he added a headboard to the replacement bed which I am so grateful for as I was stressed with the first bed.
