Scam Company - Avoid at all Costs

Ordered over £500 worth of furniture.
Advertised as in stock and quick delivery.

Nothing was delivered. They ignored my request for a refund, then eventually said they'd processed it. This was a lie. I have had to go through my credit card provider to get my money back.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I waited over a week for my order to be delivered (within the UK) then I found an alternative item and I'm still waiting for my refund, the goods were never delivered and they are holding £200 of my money.

Avoid at all costs

Bought a lamp December 1st. Said it would come in time for Christmas. Requested a refund on PayPal 1st of February. No Delivery. No updates without having to email them first. Avoid all together.

Received broken goods with no response

We ordered something that was in stock. They then said it was out of stock. We received something 6 weeks later, only for it to be broken. We haven't received any replacement parts.

Now, we can't get a hold of the company. They don't pick up their phones or reply back to us.

Be careful from this company. Always read reviews

Scammers for sure the worst company I could ever buy from and they lied to me I haven't received anything yet it's been two months.I've made so many phone calls, I've talked but it's all lies that will come this week, will come next week and they never did.

BE AWARE SCAMMERS
Disgusting company run by scammers! Be aware! I purchased a cabinet reported as “in stock” but keep receiving emails about delivery delays. This has been ongoing for almost 2 months and they still wanted another month to deliver a £60 wall cabinet! I cancelled my order but despite promises, no refund was ever received. I have now reported them to my bank but they shouldn’t be trading! I should have read the reviews 1st! BE AWARE SCAMMERS

Worse company ever they simply dont…

Worse company ever they simply dont have a clue if you want your delivery keep ringing them promised use the world but couldn't keep to any of them currently waiting for a 20 pound gesture that I won't get also the birlea range is cheap laminated rubbish I won't be using either company again

Returns report damage policy lie. Stated 14 days on site to lure customers. No liability shift the blame onto you. BEWARE and share.

Chairs delivered. House undergoing renovation. Checked the chairs on the last day of the returns period/report damage period of 14 days as stated on their site. Informed I must have told them within 7 working days ( RED FLAG). I asked for clarification on the false information on their site. Awaiting response. They have passed it on the manufacturer when their site dictates it is on them.

Update - they said I must have used a sharp object and cut the chair lol. The chair was on its own in a plastic bag a 2 year old child could open.

I advise anyone looking to think again before you use this company. They are a joke and take no liability. Warn your friends about it too. Sooner these companies stop trading the better. Ok if everything goes fine. Zero help and no liability when things go wrong.

The chairs fitted together really well

The chairs fitted together really well. We went for black with the silver lions head and black legs, they look really amazing. We didn’t realise the chair legs travelled inside the base of the chair and customer services were really helpful. I would definitely buy from The Furn Shop when we need more furniture. Lovely dining chairs

We bought 2 more dining chairs to match the 4 we bought in January 2025. The quality of the chairs is brilliant, they are comfortable and very reasonably priced. The order was processed quickly and we received them with advance warning of arrival time. Will certainly use this company again.

SCAMMERS

INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS. Order did not arrive, contact was ignored, finally got a response that the item wasn’t in stock. Asked for refund, constant false promises, now 10 working days since it was supposedly actioned and haven’t received anything today as promised, so have to proceed with opening a chargeback with the bank. Never order from this dodgy company.

This company is a scam

Ordered a table on the understanding that it would be delivered in 7 working days. I got an email to advise the delivery had been scheduled for in 10 working days. I replied to the email to try to reschedule and the email bounced back (twice) as undeliverable. I tried contacting the customer contact number and it's a dead line.

A very excellent service provided from start to finish.

A very excellent service provided from start to finish on the delivery. The driver contacted us one hour before delivey, he arrived on time, was very carefull taking our package (A Dining Table) out of his lorry. And polite. When organizing the delivery, a quick efficient service was provided to me. The packaging on the dining table was really secure, so there were no issues with the item when it arrived and was unwrapped. I would definatly recommend this company to anyone who is interested as the process was so hassel free and smooth.

Awful customer service

After I placed an order, last weekend, I was told that delivery was scheduled for Weds, so I got a handyman lined up for Thurs (I am disabled).
I chased on Weds morning, as I had no confirmation of delivery. This was on whatapp and via their ticketing system. Radio silence. I've had to cancel my installer.
I still have no idea if/when I'll get my delivery.
I am going to cancel the order (no TFS59627).
I suspect AI is at the heart of this.

I liked this companies products and sale prices. Easy to order and received email updates.
I was given a tracking number for Parcel Force delivery but it didn't work for me. I did email customer service and they updated me.
