The customer service was truly outstanding, first time I had ordered online a bed and mattress so wasn’t sure at first but the customer service was excellent and Hamid really was helpful throughout. Took me a while to decide, and all my questions was answered in detail which helped a lot. I even was sent sample fabrics to help decide. I eventually decided to order from Furniture for You. I can honestly say I am so pleased and happy that I did order with this company. I purchased the London wingback bedframe king size and the backcare mattress absolutely amazing quality and bed looks really nice and is super comfortable. I am thankful for the help and service from Furniture For You and already have recommended it to my family who asked as they like the bed and mattress too. I Thank you again for all your help!!! 😊

Wow! This company not only provided a quality product that met my requirements (Manhattan storage divan with headboard and High footboard) they gave exceptional customer service and satisfaction, so much so, that this is the very first time I have felt inclined to write a review.

Ordinarily I prefer to shop in store locally, but could only find what I wanted on-line, so initially I was reluctant to do so (since I find digital images of fabric very unreliable). Having placed the order first, I then phoned through to request further information for my fabric and colour choice. The staff were very understanding and helpful in every way.
The delivery was timely and efficient with a polite two man team; I was very pleased by the product and the advice the store had given me in selecting my choice of finish.

For this review, it is worthwhile to disclose that a problem was experience, (a simple product error by the manufacturer regarding the fixings supplied for the footboard); despite this occurrence I was pleasantly surprised by how swiftly this problem was dealt with, and overcome by the store with no inconvenience to myself.

For the first time in what seems like decades, I have received "good old fashioned customer service" from this family run business who clearly care about their customers and their own company reputation.

Without a doubt, I would recommend this company to my own friends and family.

Such a helpful company, replies to WhatsApp messages and keeps to their word. Sent me free fabric samples as I was unsure between two shades, my bed was delivered yesterday and I’m so, so pleased with it, I was given a time slot for delivery but they still courtesy called an hour before arrival, I also paid for the delivery guys to put the bed together, they were both polite and efficient in doing so and were respectful of my new carpets etc. since covid many companies seem to have lost the skills of great service, this company exceeds expectations and are fully deserving of 5* review, I would definitely buy from them again, high quality products and reliable friendly service.
