The mattress is excellent, but that's down to the manufacturer. However, trying to arrange a convenient delivery day not so. This is because they use an outside courier service with no communication between the customer and the courier service. Hence the shop tell YOU when the item is going to be delivered. You get back and say it isn't possible because no one will be in (at work or away). They then reschedule without asking the customer when they can be there to receive the item. Another date/time you potentially can't do! It would be much better to have a delivery date choice page where the customer can pick a date. Telling the customer that "there is no need to stay in all day as we give a 3 hour delivery window" is absolutely useless if the customer is away or at work all day!

Holes for the headboard and footboard Did not lineup. The Box is made of chipboard.

I was very happy with the high level of service I received from start to finish.
All questions I had before purchasing the bed were answered quickly as well as receiving different fabric samples within a week of requesting them. Delivery time was roughly two weeks from when I first ordered and I was also able to get a Saturday delivery which was perfect for me.
When the bed arrived the delivery guy was very polite and brought the bed into the house for me where he waited while I checked everything was ok.
The bed was wrapped up and protected very well and attaching the floor standing headboard was easy. I’m over the moon with the bed and it looks great in my newly decorated bedroom.
Will definitely use this company again 👍🏼

Brilliant customer service by furniture for you ltd. I ordered 2 Rauch wardrobes,corner sofa and 2 seater sofa. From the start they were very informative and gave great advice as it was very difficult to choose the right ones. Kept me updated with the delivery for each item and any issues with our sofas were dealt with promptly. Wardrobes were delivered within the time frame and assembled. I will be definitely using them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Wow, what an excellent company, we ordered a heavy duty bed, the company delivered in the time frame, a lovely lad carried in the bed all by himself assembled it in no time, really impressed and the bed is fabulous, would we use them again, yes most definitely. ***** service.
