The furniture was so much nicer quality and style than any of the furniture shops.I absolutely love these two settees.The sales person was TREVOR who went out of his way to answer our queries.He was very knowledgeable about everything. He took great care of us and made sure we had a nice drink and a cookie.He made it a very enjoyable experience and I would give him 5 stars for his service.I cannot comment on delivery but will come back to you after delivery in about 0 weeks.

Great experience from start to finish. We visited at the weekend and Trevor was great we needed to take some final measurements but Trevor left us with all the information, we came back in the week and picked up where we left off.

We had lovely time shopping for our bed. Daniel helped us in explaining and answering all the questions we had. He was patient and very friendly. We managed to get our big, lovely and comfortable bed. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

We visited the Horwich branch on Sunday and found the amazing 2-seater Sienna, which is perfect for what we were after. While my partner and I were discussing it, Trevor/Mark came over and explained the ordering process, costs, etc., which was brilliant and gave us swatches of the materials to pick from. When we had made our decision, he was really great, making sure we fully understood the costs, the options and how the delivery worked. As we are in the process of buying a new build, which won't be ready until the end of July, he helped us pick dates that would allow us to get it soon after we move in, but also give us time in case there are any delays. All in all, he made it seamless and clear.

Nick was very helpful. Not pushy but knew his job very well. A very good range of furniture to choose from. Was greatful for the extra discount we was offered due to our current budget and managed to mix and match our new dining suite. Overall a great service. Thanks nick at the middlebrook store.

Walked into the store and met Trevor, who was very friendly, we knew what style of furniture we was looking for and seen a 3 seater, 2 seater and a chair and the colour we wanted, and bought within 30 minute of browsing.

Trevor was amazing talked everything very thoroughly about styles of legs, colour and insurance cover, me and my wife are over the moon with what we have chosen and can't thank Trevor enough.

we ordered a couch, and while we waited the price had gone down £500. We rang the Bolton (Middlebrook) Furniture Village store and spoke to the person who sold us the couch, his name is Trevor. We advised Trevor that the couch hadn't arrived yet, and we've spotted the price reduction, and that we were ready to cancel our order and purchase the couch £500 cheaper if this was the only way to do it. He assured us that this was unnecessary and that he will simply organise an appropriate refund to the finance company to account for it all.

We have been waiting ever since and we haven't heard anything. We have also been in touch with customer service by email, who requested certain details, and we provided these. We are still waiting for the matter to be rectified. Please get in touch so that we can sort this out and I will happily revise my star rating once this is done.

Service in store was very efficient it’s a pity it doesn’t cross over to the delivery service I missed a call from them to arrange a delivery date but after being on hold for nearly 2 hours I gave up.

Great service by Sunny, came in to look for a specific dressing table which unfortunately was not available to view in store. Sunny showed us the other items in the range so that we could view the finish in person and then was able to order the items we wanted at a discount compared to if we had gone home and ordered online. Friendly and efficient service, would recommend.

The service was excellent, the product was excellent. We were given coffee and cookies which were both very nice. It would have been an easy 5 stars, but......
The downside was the amount of paperwork to go through, sign and initial every single line to confirm agreement. It is completely over the top, unnecessary, took ages and frankly spoilt the whole experience.
Afterwards we went to a competitor nearby and bought something there. The paperwork was simple and the transaction completed in a fraction of the time.

Excellent customer service, salesman Trevor was really knowledgeable, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Other members of staff were very pleasant and equally helpful as well. Would definitely go back and also recommend the middlebrook store.

Spoke to Iryna when i came to your store, friendly welcoming and made me feel at ease as she knew what she was talking abou, answered all questions i had snd went above and beyond to get my son a drink. Definetly recomend speaking with just fantastic
