Great service and prices

Excellent service from the great South African Trevor, he introduced himself and then let us look around and try out the beds, never pressured us at all, knows his stuff and people buy from people, top bloke. We ended up buying a Tempur Matress.

He was very helpful but not pushy

Myself and my wife came to the Bolton branch about two months ago, met Gareth who guided us around in the most professional manner. Made us both feel really welcome and because of that we returned and bought a new sofa and a dining room table. In a world where customer service seems forgotten Gareth went above and beyond.

A kind caring lovely person

Did not feel pressured, buy over pushy sales people, was treated very well the chap that looked after us. My only disappointment was the poor quality of the tea out of the machine, though I was offered a bet quality of tea once I showed my disappointment.

Mark was fantastic originally we bought a chest of drawers and went to pick it up but saw a great dining set got an unbelievable deal and 0 % interest. He was so helpful made the whole purchase really easy and enjoyable !!!

Relaxed buying experience, non-pushy salesperson. Knowledgeable and informative on the products. Price in store is competitive rather than playing games for the "best price". Took the time to chat with my young daughter, so myself and partner could make a decision on which bed to choose. Went away to look elsewhere then returned because the service and price was so good. It's the small details and personal touch sometimes, massive thank you to Iryna for helping us with our purchase today.

Trevor was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clearly explained. We were very happy with our experience.

We were looking for a dining table and were spoilt for choice. The sales consultant, Sonny, was very helpful and clearly explained the pricing policy. He demonstrated how the various tables could be extended as well as advising on seating choices. He left us to wander at leisure, so there was no pressure to buy. Having selected our furniture, he completed the sale and advised on the delivery process. Sure enough, we were contacted within 24 hours and a delivery date confirmed for just 1 week later. By then, we had decided to buy the matching sideboard, so I rang Sonny directly and after some background work on his part, he rang me back to confirm he was able to add this to the original order at a very competitive price. What's more, it would be delivered at the same time as the table. The service Sonny provided was excellent throughout, and I will certainly shop at the Middlebrook branch of Furniture Village in the future.

The buying of the sofa was great the waiting time for delivery not so great was told 2 wks then found out it was going to be 7/8 wks promised a phone call never received it

Daniel was superb, particularly with our grandchildren who were with us when we purchased. He knew exactly what we wanted and it made it easy for us to purchase, even though we had only gone in for a second look. Would recommend him to friends and family.
