Today I bought a table lamp, a living room rug, wall art, and a hallway rug from Furniture Village. At first, I was really struggling to match the colours and spent about 15 minutes trying to decide what would look best.

Then I met Lee Smith, who kindly offered to help me. I chose the items based on his recommendations, and his advice made the whole process so much easier. Before the paperwork was even finished, he brought me a lovely hot chocolate, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

Cannot fault Furniture Village, perfect sales and delivery. Already had in mind which sofa I wanted, Sunny was very helpful in showing me the sofa I wanted and ones similar and another sofa in the colour I wanted, so I could see what it's like in full view, rather than just a swatch sample. No pressure sales whatsoever, very happy with the service. Ordered my new sofa and they advised it will be approximately 12 weeks. Half way through received an email to advise it is on target, 6 weeks later arrives on time. Very happy with my new sofa.

Very relaxing to take ure time to have a good look round at all the beautiful furniture spolit for choice. Staff very knowledgeable would definitely recommend.

Since purchasing this leather settee with all the gadgets on it on the 10th june 2026 im still waiting for it to be put together properly, the drivers that delivered it originally took photos to show why it wouldnt go together, 3 to 4 days later phoning your customer service up to find the said drivers hadnt passed on the info as to why my settee wasnt completed. it was put out for 2 more drivers to come around to find out the problem,4 days later im having to phone up customer service again to find out what was happening, to be told that the second drivers had put photos in as to the problem but on the bottom of their sheets that they put in , put at the bottom FALSE for some reason, person that i spoke to today was the only one i seem to think that knows what hes doing and even though i was on the phone with him for over half an hour sounds like hes got something done for me, he gets 5 stars as a review but sadly the rest of the contacts ive had with aftersales get 1 star and thats because im feeling generous, would i buy something from Furniture village again is 99 % a no

Just been to the Middlebrook store with cousins who were looking for 2 chairs, 2 seater settee and coffee table. Was met with salesman Trevor who gave them great service without being pushy taking in their health conditions, explained the different styles of chairs and that while the 2 seater settee while not being the same manufacturer the leather was a reasonable match or they could go for a contrast. Thanks for the coffees/chocolate drinks and cookies They are waiting excitedly for the delivery within the next weeks.

The customer service we received from Daniel Shaw was absolutely spot on. That isn't something you get nowadays. He helped us to choose the right bed and gave us space to decide for ourselves. The purchase went smoothly. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

We visited as we had seen a couch that we were interested in online. We'd already done the home measurements, we just wanted to see it in person and sit on it! Lovely Sales consultant Trevor helped us with our purchase. He wasn't pushy like some sales reps are, he was relaxed and chatty, very friendly and bubbly. He made the whole process easy, stress free, answered all of our questions and encouraged us to take our time browsing and we were offered hot drinks and cookies. If we went back to purchase anything without hesitation would search our Trevor again. Thank you!

Very helpful with a friendly atmosphere. Answered all our questions. Very easy to talk to and the service was extremely good.

Trevor was very helpful and friendly especially to my 86year old gran. He was patient and kind as we took extra time to decide what she needed and what colour. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Doreen was very grateful for the help.
