Brilliant Company Asset
Having wasted 8 weeks dealing with another furniture retailer which ended with us cancelling our order,we decided to visit Middle brook retail park in Bolton.There are about 6 stores selling sofas and we visited them all.We ended up returning to Furniture Village where we had been served by Iryna.We decided to place our order with her because of her courteous and knowledgeable help.No pressure on us to decide and she helped us greatly with the numerous options that were available both in items and materials available.We are keeping our fingers crossed that we have finally got the furniture we wanted and thank her for the help she gave us.

We visited furniture village middle…
We visited furniture village middle brook today.We were greated by a very pleasant young lady and we were allowed to browse around at our leisure. When we were ready for some assistance Iryna was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. We decided on a purchase and came away confident we had made the rite decision. Thanks for great service by everyone in the store who were happy to help especially Iryna Nevgod.

Great customer service from Furniture Village.
Lee the sales consultant was very knowledgeable regarding the sofas on offer, it made the purchase so much easier.
He wasn’t pushy and gave us the time needed to make our decision.

Visited the middlebrook store today…
Visited the middlebrook store today looking for a dining table and chairs. We met Trevor who was friendly but not pushy from the start and Trevor helped us from the start to finish of our purchase, explaining everything very clearly and making sure we understood what we were buying. Would highly recommend this store and Trevor too!

Friendly and helpful Staff. Head and shoulders above any other home store and the best thing is they have everything under one roof. Thank you once again Dagmara and Nick. Would only recommend furniture village to family and friends.

Every member of staff from Sales Assistant to Delivery Drivers and Customer Care very helpful and
Settee is stunning!
One small criticism is notification of delivery time coming out too late in the day as nobody available to discuss 7am slot was too early (door company was needed at same time to remove door)
But Warehouse Manager soon resolved this problem very first thing
Again Customer care team etc are fantastic

Today I bought a table lamp rugs wall art
Today I bought a table lamp, a living room rug, wall art, and a hallway rug from Furniture Village. At first, I was really struggling to match the colours and spent about 15 minutes trying to decide what would look best.
Then I met Lee Smith, who kindly offered to help me. I chose the items based on his recommendations, and his advice made the whole process so much easier. Before the paperwork was even finished, he brought me a lovely hot chocolate, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
He is a truly kind, professional, and helpful person. I would like to thank Lee Smith
