Excellent customer service ( Paige F) and a hassle free experience

Lee at the middlebrook store is a credit to the company!! Visited the middlebrook store this weekend. And from this warm smile at the begining and his handshake at the end as he walked me to the door. Just a great experience. So knowledgeable, so relaxed. Didn't chase us around. But was there on hand when we needed him throughout. Definitely reccomend!

We were helped by Nick at the Middlebrook store, he was extremely helpful without being overbearing. The experience was efficient and smooth, and the service was extremely friendly. Nick was a delight to be served by, funny and very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend to others!

Excellent customer service and very helpful with the issue I had

Was abit back and forth but sometimes it takes time. Had a problem with cushions and after sending images etc they agreed to send new 1s. The salesman was very kind and very informative. Luckily we took out insurance. Looking forward to the cushion being back how they should be. Also Abs on customer care was helpful

I purchased a sofa in the Bolton branch today and had a genuinely excellent experience. The sales advisor Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, making sure my wife and I found the perfect sofa without any pressure.I also want to highlight Dagmara, who assisted with the finance side of the purchase. She explained everything clearly, made the process smooth, and ensured I felt confident with all the options. Her professionalism and warm approach really stood out.Overall, both Nick and Dagmara made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Sunny at the Bolton store has been an amazing help for us! We actually waited until he came back from his annual leave to place our next order with furniture village because he really did listen to what we wanted rather than just being a typical salesman. Thanks again Sunny! I’m sure we’ll see you again soon for our next purchase.

We bought our last suite 13 years ago from Furniture Village. We'd had good service and the suite was great quality. Decided to look again at FV for our next one. We found what we wanted within a few minutes. Being good consumers, we trekked around other stores, but couldn't find similar quality or service. We returned and met Sunny. He was polite and friendly. Most important, not pushy and left us alone while we made our final decision. When ready, he breezed through the "paperwork" and put together a great deal, even managing to prank us in the process. Great customer service!!

Really lovely experience from start to finish. All the staff were extremely helpful, we didn't feel pestered or followed around the store. Which is a nice change.
The lady who helped us buy a new sofa , Iryna Nevgod, was sooo helpful, she read all the T&Cs to my husband and I. Went through the deposit and finance options with us. Even said if we had any issues to ring her and she would help.
Highly recommend the store and Iryna to family and friends.

I ordered 2 Pebble 2 door sideboards & a coffee table - upon delivery both sideboards were damaged quite significantly - a replacement order was made with a 16 week lead time for delivery - what kind of service is that - shocking! I had already got rid of my previous furniture so have been left looking at these damaged units for the next 4 months!
