The whole experience was very pleasant.
The ability to take our daughter’s dog (a Cairn) in with us made it much easier and he (Walter) was very happy with the treats and water at the doggy station!
All the staff, especially Gareth, were very friendly, helpful and chatty.
All in all it was a great experience.

Village Furniture has a relaxed atmosphere, allowing for easy, enjoyable browsing. Their products are very good quality, good prices and certainly entice a purchase.
The sales consultant Iryna Nevgod helped us to choose our dining table. She was friendly, approachable, knowledgable & professional, answering questions and demonstrating the quality & flexibility of the different tables on show.
We are very much looking forward to the dining table being delivered on Friday 14th August.

Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable, willing to help and try and make arrangements for us to receive the products in the shortest space of time. We would not hesitate to return to buy future items from them and from Daniel in particular.

Trevor at the Middlebrook branch was really helpful when we came in store yesterday. Trevor was able to guide us to all the information that we needed, without pressurising us and leaving us to browse the sofas in store, he spoke to us on a personal level and did not rush the process.

Really pleased with our recent purchase of mattress and pillows from Furniture Village. We were greeted by Lee as soon as we entered the store and he was very helpful without being pushy about the different products on offer, answering all our questions. The delivery service was also great, with excellent communication via phone and text prior to delivery. The guys that delivered the mattress were also very pleasant. We would definitely recommend furniture village to all our friends and family.

We have purchased from Furniture Village before and not been disappointed. We were looking for new sofas and eventually found what we were looking for at a good price. Nothing was too much trouble and liked the fact wasn't hassled when we walked through door, left to look ourselves, but help there if needed. In particular Sunny was extremely helpful.

Both Mark and Trevor where extremely helpful with all the information we needed to be able to choose our dining chairs.

This morning I got a text saying my furniture was being delivered 1st thing this morning , the delivery lads was so joyful and professional in there job was a good start to the day.

Choppy and Jordan make a great team for the company and went a further mile to keep customers happy, from start to finish I was very happy with team and cleaned up after them thoroughly.

Sunny assisted us and was just great ! Very friendly, professional and helpful .
He left us to look at bar stools and then helped us with our purchase . He reflected his name Sunny in his sunny personality !He truly is an amazing salesman and I would come back to Furniture Village in future for other purchases in the future !

We had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village thanks to Iryna. We looked through a wide variety of sofas, tables and beds, and she was incredibly patient with us throughout the whole process.

Iryna was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about each product without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel really easy and enjoyable.

Went to buy chairs I’d looked at before and you had them on a clearance offer so I saved £200! More than pleased. Lovely helpful staff too.

Went to buy 3 bar stools after much searching elsewhere. Sunny gave us his immediate attention with a smile and active listening. He showed us the stools we wanted without any pushiness. The ease of his communication was amazing and we felt supported in our purchase. He gave us all the information we needed to know in an uncomplicated and pleasant way. A really enjoyable buying experience.

I spoke to Sunny on the phone prior to coming to store . I then went to the store and he helped me choose some bar stools for our kitchen, he was extremely polite, professional and reflected his name ‘Sunny’ in his personality! Very nice salesman, not pushy at all but very helpful and I would definitely buy from Furniture Village because of Sunny .
