Furniture Village - Bolton Reviews 

I visited your store at Middlebrook, Bolton, looking for kitchen bar stools. I was pleased not to be harassed as soon as I walked in. After asking where to find them, I was left to look around, and then an assistant, Iryna Nevgod, came and offered help. She was particularly helpful. I was pleased with the choice and selected. The purchase was then very simple, and I look forward to receiving the stools.

I went to have a look at barstools for my kitchen island. There was a good selection. Danny, the sales assistant was super helpful but didn't smother me either or put me under pressure to buy. It was just the right balance. I'd definitely go back for other purchases and would recommend.

Excellent experience today in store. Trevor was excellent and we left having bought a new sofa. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy furniture. Staff very friendly

Just back home from shopping for bew armchair. I had a good idea of what I wanted. It wasn't the 1st shop but definitely had the best options that suited me to the ground. The shop guy, Sunny, was super helpful and I found what was exactly what I needed. Great experience.

Good product range with fair prices. Gareth made us feel confident in our purchase and gave us the best deal he could. Also the coffee was the best I've tasted from a vending machine. Also it transpired the sofa was in stock so a better than expected delivery date.

We visited the Furniture Village store at Bolton Middlebrook yesterday and received absolutely fantastic customer service from Gareth.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Gareth was friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about the sofas. He couldn’t do enough to help us, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed to make the right choice.

What really stood out was his approach. There was absolutely no pressure, no pushy sales tactics and none of the usual salesman’s patter we had experienced in some of the other sofa stores we visited that day. Instead, we were greeted with a warm smile, a lovely cup of coffee and genuine, helpful advice.

Gareth’s knowledge of the sofas was impeccable, and his relaxed, professional manner made what can often be a stressful shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. Being able to browse and make our decision without feeling pressured was particularly important to us.

We ultimately purchased our settees from Furniture Village and couldn’t be happier with both our experience and our purchase.

Gareth is a real credit to Furniture Village. His dedication, product knowledge and genuine customer-focused approach made all the difference. Excellent service, no pressure and a genuinely lovely experience from beginning to end.

Today I purchased a new bed and mattress.
The sales lady at the Bolton store was knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. I was able to make a decision based on her advice, confidentially and in a relatively short time which was exactly what I wanted. Hopefully everything will be delivered as planned. But this is my second bed purchase from this store so I’m sure I’ve no need to be concerned, the staff here all seem to be long term members of a team which is also a good sign.
