Well set out show room
Sam was very attentive and extremely helpful. He gave us plenty of information but also time to check things out ourselves. We found the products sensibly priced.
Coffee and biscuits great too

We bought a kitchen table and chairs in-person at the store. During the process the salesman was very friendly and even "verified" our order.

When it was delivered (11 weeks later), they delivered the wrong chairs. When we disputed, they refused to correct their mistake. They pinned it on us. That's what we ordered, even though we provided pictures of the items we wanted and ordered. They said there was no mistake on their part. After a few more attempts to get them to correct their mistake, they agreed; however, we had to pay another delivery fee which we reluctantly agreed to.

Fast forward 2 more weeks, they sent us a delivery notification so we altered our schedule to accommodate--they never showed up. They didn't even call to let us know they weren't coming. We called them and they said they "couldn't find the chairs."

We awaited another delivery date, but it never came. We called and sent emails--no response. Then, a month later, we receive a delivery notification email out of the blue for a delivery to happen in 2 hours. We changed our schedule again to accommodate.

Our chairs finally arrived. Date Purchased - 13 Dec 2025 / Date Delivered - 15 May 2026

DO NOT BUY at Furniture Village--their customer service is terrible. Buy at a reputable place with decent customer service.

Given time to make our choose. All questions answered. Very helpful salesman. No pressured. Steve wing was our salesman.

I rang customer services and was lucky enough to have Natalie answer by enquiry. She was extremely professional, understanding, polite and promptly sorted out everything to my satisfaction.

We were looking for a new dble mattress. Steve Wong the salesman wasn't at all pushy and pointed out the pros and cons of the various mattresses available. In the end we went with his recommendation on a Harrison Spinks double mattress in medium tension as the comfort suited our sleeping style. It was very nice quality without paying a premium price as it was discounted .Plus it was made in Britain. Overall a very straight forward and positive experience, thanks.

Had to find a rise and recline for my Dad with 24 hours notice after a nasty fall. Azzdean and colleagues in Cambridge were absolute heros and found a clearance model for me to collect the following day.

It was an absolute pleasure visiting the Cambridge store. We were greeted with a friendly member of staff who directed us to where we wanted to look around. We were able to look around without being pestered which made choosing our chairs enjoyable and the member of staff went out of his way to answer our questions.

I felt comfortable walking around the show room, was not pestered at all. Eventually found a lovely sofa and was put at ease and not rushed.

When my husband and I came in store to look around, Steve Wong came and introduced himself to us and he came across very friendly. We were left to look around, and when we had found a sofa that we were interested in, Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable.

When we decided to buy the sofa, Steve again was very helpful. Steve was very professional from the moment we came in until the moment we left.

Excellent service from start to finish. The sales consultant Peter Jones (not from Dragons Den 😁) was really friendly and impressively helpful didn’t push me as I walked in the shop when I said I was just looking. Would definitely recommend furniture village store can’t comment on sofa or delivery as not received yet bet will probably be as I expect.

We were greeted by Azzdean Seffras in the Cambridge store, Newmarket Rd. Azzdean was so good with us, not pushy and getting us to buy . He made it a pleasure and a most enjoyable shopping experience which is rare these days. Azzdean was very professional, kind and steered me in the right direction. If you are looking for furniture then go to Cambridge and ask for Azzdean.

Aaron was very helpful, understanding, patient & knew his products. Nothing was too much trouble.

Steve was very welcoming with a good knowledge of the product . He was not pushy and let us browse ourselves but was there when we asked questions .
It was lovely to of had Steve as our contact on the day .

When we went in the shop we were ackowledged but not harassed. After a little while we were asked if we needed any help. We had decided what we wanted and all the paper work was done ver quickly and efficiently. Couldn't have been happier.

The overall experience was first class, Aaron was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice, but gave us space and time to discuss amongst ourselves.

Peter was great, listened to our needs, didn't pressure us at all. He was extremely knowledgeable and we walked out without buying. But when I called to place my order over the phone with him, he remembered everything, advised us of any foreseeable issues and completed the sake, over the phone and we had a email confirmation of the order before we had finished the phone call. Now that's my kind of shopping! Well done Peter!
