Visited the Cheltenham store with my parents. Charlie was welcoming and friendly and gave us time to browse before we made our purchase.

Delivery guys (Lukasz & Darek) were polite & helpful. A joining bolt was missing from the bed base but this had nothing to do with them

The personal service and product advice is exemplary. Justyna is an excellent sales professional with a person centred approach.

Charlie made the whole experience easy and gave us good information

Excellent service from FV especially Sarah in the Cheltenham store. She has continued to be very helpful with further orders since May. Always goes above and beyond.
The Bodahl Terra table with tension bolt and chairs we ordered are stunning and will hopefully last our lifetime.

A first class service from start to finish. The whole process was made easy due to the sensible advice while choosing the furniture. The advisor in the store, Trevor Bubb, was considerate, helpful and never "pushy". I was given time to make my decision in a relaxed manner and was given advice when I needed it. Pre- delivery contact was always courteous and consideration was given to fitting in with my commitments regarding delivery date. The delivery team was efficient and very pleasant and ensured that no disruption nor damage occurred. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Excellent customer service

I visited the Cheltenham store yesterday as I was looking for a new bed.
After a few minutes of looking around I was approached by Ben just asking if I was ok or needed any help and I was happy to have his advice.
I pretty much knew what I wanted but wanted to know what other options I had which he confidently showed me.
Ben was very product knowledgeable and made the whole process simple.
I ordered and paid for my bed there and then and am looking forward to taking delivery in 6 weeks time.
Credit where credit is due Ben is a great sales person, not pushy,helpful with great product knowledge and very nice to deal with.
He also kindly made me a coffee which was a nice gesture.

Brilliant experience when buying a new bed. Our sales assistant Sarah at the Cheltenham branch was truly brilliant, professional and very helpful and did not ‘hound’ us round the store. She was supportive, happy and answered our questions and gave a brilliant service.
Kyle and Sean - the delivery men, were brilliant in getting our bed up 2 flights of stairs. Thank you all.

From arriving at the Cheltenham store we were welcomed in and given information and advice. Once the decision was made the service and support from Justyna in answering any questions was very professional.
The team delivering our goods, Kyle and Sean were just as efficient and polite.

A good number of sales staff available on the shop floor. They're not pushy but are not far away if you need more information. Our sales person listened to our questions and engaged in conversation rather than giving us sales pitch, and gave us time and space to reach a decision
The order was processed quickly, clearly and efficiently.

Our Sales lady Karen in the Cheltenham branch was great. She was so helpful without being pushy and was very patient with us trying to measure up and decide which pieces of furniture we were going to go with.

I have been waiting for bedroom furniture since 31st May and was told it would be ready by 20th September. In August I was told it would be early October. I still haven’t heard so I checked the tracker and now it says end of October/early November but I haven’t been informed. I rang the store nobody has rung me back. I think customer service is poor.
