Justinya was a very helpful and knowledgeable young lady, she was very informative and patient helping us select a bed, it was a pleasurable experience.

Don’t trust any thing they say delivered my sofa told by the shop to keep it we sort it as i been waiting over 3 months , sent out EMMIERA bloke lied to me and my husband on what he had put in his report to what he told us that needs doing even put we was happy that he done it and as good well gesture and he haven’t even fixed the issues but said he had , now stuck with sofa that’s one side bigger than other not in line , still waiting for manufactures to get back to them 5 th of June the sofa was delivered and I’m still waiting

Walked into beautiful air conditioned store and greeted by the lovely Justina who showed our dogs the water and fussed them.
Professional, listened, took time to find out what I needed. Bought a beautiful sofa and bed with her sincere help and knowledge. No pressure sale! Nothing could have been better. Excellent experience. Thank you Justina.

Sebastian ad Mike delivered my sofa on Friday and took away my old one. It was a very hot day but they got through the work very quickly and were very professional and polite. All the packaging was taken away leaving my home neat and tidy.

Great team member Trevor, allowed us to take time while we made decision showed us all our options. Very attentive and moved furniture so we could see different seating options.

The staff were great here. Ben Charlett was friendly and approachable. He helped us with our purchase back in april. He gave us plenty of time, financial options and talked us through the process of receiving said sofa.

Now we've received it via home delivery we couldn't be happier. Very simple delivery process. We got a call 25 minutes before it arrived aswell.
Would recommend for others to use furniture village in future, very communicative!

Craig was a helpful but not intrusive salesman. He knew about the beds but didn't go into a long sales pitch telling us things we already knew.

Love my sofas but I got told in the store on my sofa bed that there is storage for the pillows in the bk of the sofa bed and they lie to me in the store
