Great service yet again

Excellent service as always

The store staff good we purchased three piece suite and purchased aftercare product all at a cost of three thousand pounds after a couple of weeks the arms started to crease had the after care people out said they would get back to us they didn't so wife phoned them up and they said it wasn't a manufacturer fault so I phoned up and they said as it is not a manufacturer fault there not going to do anything about it so anybody buying from furniture village beware once they have your money they drop you like a lead ballon proper con artists one pissed off customer

Craig at the Cheltenham store was brilliant. Attentive but not overbearing, this played a huge part in making the purchase.

Mo was so helpful and assisted us happily thanks a lot for your service.

We were given excellent advice by Craig and left to ourselves to make a decision about a new bed. We knew that we could ask further questions as Craig was available but did in no way feel pressured. An excellent balanced approach that gave us time to make the correct decision for us. Thankyou.

Having recently moved home we wanted new furniture and chose to purchase these at FV Cheltenham as had items before from this chain and of which were great quality. The sales staff member Trevor is very friendly and knowledgeable on the products in store last week we bought 2 x sofas retuning this week for dining table and chairs and Trevor was again very helpful, courteous and super friendly. Recommend this store if you are interested in quality items.

We were welcomed into the store, without staff being too pushy, whilst offering help and advice. Our advisor, Trevor, was extremely helpful and patient, and gave what we considered to be honest and informative information on the products available, and assisted us to find what we thought to be the best option for us
