The service we received was brilliant while shopping for 2 beds and mattresses. We weren’t pushed or hassled, were given lots of information and choices then left to make up our own mind about our choices. We hope the delivery will be as fabulous and thorough.

The lady that served me was very noligable and thorough to make sure I bought exactly what I needed.

We ordered two Gplan recliner chairs from the local shop. And were told they come in pieces? But when delivered they were all in one piece. The driver and his mate with my help were forced to lift them over my garden shed to get in the house, these are 100kg each so no mean feet. When we sat on them we found the chairs were no better than the 8 year olds we are getting rid of. I went to the shop to complain about them, contacted the manager and he put a request in for them to be checked out by someone in store. I have yet to hear from them about this happening. All we want is our appox £4000 returned and the chairs out of the house.

Able to walk around the furniture without being mobbed by over zealous sales assistants. This store actually lets you browse in your own time and leave the store uninterrupted.
Other furniture stores very close by should take a leaf out of this book and stop stalking their customers!

When we arrived at the store we were welcomed on several occasions but never felt pressured to purchase anything, once we had decided on what we wanted we were approached by a member of staff (Sarah) who quickly helped us identify what options were available then left us to decide on what was best for us, once we had decided on what we wanted we found Sarah and began the process of purchasing our bed, Sarah made us feel relaxed and under no pressure to purchase she went through all the financial bits and explained everything in detail, we now await the arrival of our new bed and mattress.

I recently visited the store and want to thank Damian for the warm welcome and Karen for her professionalism and friendliness. The atmosphere was inviting, and I found exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!
